I think in the JP Famitsu magazine, Shiftup has said they do not plan to revisit the Liberation feature for a while, so more than likely she will not be rehab sadly

To be fair, not even Nihilister was ever “Rehabilitated”. More like she was an ambitious traitor who saw an opportunity to make “The Enemy of her enemy” into her “friend”. I use that term loosely, but I digress.

​@@retrosaur_that's a massive shame because indivilia is in my opinion the best looking character in the Anni. I didn't like the look of any of the other characters besides maybe Marian's new skin but I won't talk about that skin xD. That just is a bummer they won't do anymore liberation. It's probably because they really don't like giving out free characters lol

@@retrosaur_ Call me finnicky but I'm taking "for a while" as it's not completely off the table. Comparatively speaking, it took awhile for us to get the option to rehab Nihilister and we just now encountered Indivilia. Plus, story wise, we'll have to get to a plot point where we not only encounter her again but also hash out some kind of deal. Though on that note...those rehab sessions are going to be *_tense_* for all the right and wrong reasons.
