Did this shit seriously take me ONE YEAR to finish? Hell yea. Damnnnn I can't believe this is actually finished. This is very different than the first one. First one had more editing skills. This is literally just a compilation. There was just SO MUCH to work with.

I seriously love these two. I love every scene they have together. Michael is frustrating as helllllll. Like I can see why Rita didn't like Michael. His personality got really repetitive in season 2. But I love Michael so much and I understand that he didn't actually have much of a say in anything.
Also, Is it just me or are they using Michael in section as a “man whore”? They make him sleep with so many women to either spy or extract intel. They never ask the women to sleep for something though... maybe once with Nikita. It makes you have so many mixed feelings towards him. Cause at first you’re like “oh my god he’s cheating on Nikita, how can he look at someone else” and then it’s like “nope not real, I was forced”. Michael is so so so good at hiding his real self that you don’t know who you’re looking at anymore when you look at him.
I know a lot of people say Roy can't act but that's because Michael is deliberately keeping emotions out of his face. But even so, I always believed Roy is an amazing actor. The contrast between the “normal aloof” Michael and any other version of him “drunk, undercover, memory loss” is so staggering that it blows my mind every single time and every time it's so natural and believable that it makes you take a minute to comprehend the difference.
and he does love her. That's obvious. Even if he doesn't want a romantic relationship, he cares about her a lot. More than he's ever cared for anyone else I think. And the way she defends him, the way they have each other's backs. ugh. I love them. Such a power couple.

Lana is perfect with these two. Watch in HD + Read the Description + Headphones I find it interesting that section doesn’t mind Michael and Nikita getting involved as long as it’s not with each other. I think section and Michael know how much they actually care about each other. If these two actually got together, nothing would be able to stand in their way. I don’t think Nikita realises the pressure on Michael or what this will mean for the both of them. Nikita lives on another realm. Literally. Michael with Nikita and what we see of him around her is literally like 10% of him and his life. ugh can I analyse them to the death?
One of my favorite shows ever! The on screen chemistry between Peta and Roy made their characters Nikita and Michael burn.
It's so good, so very good to see there is still someone out there that loves this show as much as i do. I'm always scanning networks hoping, praying it's on air again. Hope against hope wanted warner bros to give us a special re uniting. These two. An ending worthy of their love. 21 years still waiting. Still hoping

I just have to say I love this!! The song fits them so well too. I'm currently rewatching the show. I miss couples like this on TV. None today are this dramatic or sexy. Also...no guys like Michael will ever be on TV again. They would be considered "toxic" today. Which yeah...that was the whole point back in the day! The sweet sweet drama! lol.

To both philace and marina(very sorry misspelled your names.). You both explained in words with more accuracy of Michael & Nikita's relationship that wanted to say but could never find words (Michael & nakita o believed generally loved each other, although,/in bits and pieces they were also spies. More to story all around. That I think didn't quite unfold. So many twists and turns and mores stories yet to be told. The fan fiction takes it in different direction or/and continues where final (both 4th & 5th) ends with more time with characters especially Michal & nickita.🏁
::Throws confetti:: I squealed out loud when I saw this on your page. I'm sort of embarrassed by how happy you made me. I also realized that I wasn't subscribed because if I had been, I would have notice this a whole lot sooner. Oh my god the Jurgen arc. I love that you devoted a significant amount of time to that story. I find it so interesting that you pretty much ignored the whole quasi love triangle and instead focused on the Michael/Nikita aspect of it. Honestly, that's why we're all here, right? One of the things LFN did extremely well was its season opening and closing arc. They let the episodes breathe and didn't feel rushed to jam everything into one or two episodes. Man whore!Michael is such a thing and I love that you picked up on that and put it in your vid. Jurgen's line about how Michael manipulates beautiful women highlighted that not only to Nikita but to the audience as well. Fic writers really took that and ran with it like hard core. It's in so many fanfics. Michael as a highly skilled Valentine operative is a major element that's ripe for exploration. That he can go into that type of mission, excel at it, and then be rather blasé about it really does color our opinion of him. It's such a degrading act but also a well documented component of real life espionage activity. That he appears to have no problem with it only adds to this image of Michael as an unfeeling, loyal Section operative. And that's exactly what Michael wants for people to think. The perfect operative who is at Section's beck and call. Nikita certainly thinks so. The fact that Nikita thinks that Michael enjoys being ruthless and cold is so sad to me, even after she's witnessed moments of genuine kindness from him. All that adds so much friction to their relationship. Yet in all this Michael is as much a victim of Section as Nikita is. Section has no problem using Michael just like any of their other Operatives. His higher status doesn't give him special immunity. He's a tool that they've trained and Section exploits that in the name of fight terrorism. Michael just learned to separate himself emotionally from what is required of him. It's how he survives. He's been in Section for his entire adult life. The crime that got him into Section was committed when he was a university student and now he's in his 30s. That's really gotta mess with your head and Michael's method of self preservation conflicts so drastically with the way Nikita approaches things. Nikita doesn't want to shield herself behind walls. And Nikita, oh Nikita! This is probably her brattiest in the entire series, but I enjoy her so much and I can understand where she's coming from. She has so much invested in Michael even with the manipulations and the mixed signals that he sends. Freedom wasn't everything it was cracked up to be, but she did come back because she figured Section might be more tolerable if they could at least be together. Then Michael pulls back completely. It gave her some much whiplash. He wasn't giving her anything and she wanted that affection so desperately. I've gotten the impression that Roy's performance as Michael was a divisive thing in the fandom back in the day. I personally enjoyed it. Yes, sometimes I wanted him to give us just a little bit more. I wanted to yell at the TV "Emote!" but on closer look, he is. He's not Mads Mikkelsen, King of the Microexpressions, in Hannibal but I feel like it's the same type of performance. Roy has mentioned in interviews that the blank performance was intentional. Someone who has killed as much as Michael and has endured as much as he has needed to shut down emotionally in order to function. I totally agree that he's so different when he's undercover. I kinda got the impression that Roy used the undercover moments to play a different character almost. He was the bohemian everyman with Lisa, the smug inside man in the episode with Operations' son, and the bland, non-threatening yuppie in the married undercover episode. I keep thinking of the deleted scene from Psychic Pilgrim where he plays a slightly tipsy, very frisky and very playful version of Michael. It's such a great scene. I'm bummed that they didn't do it more as the series progressed. FWIW, from what what I've seen of his French stuff, though, the guy's got crazy range. Just a little extra squee about your vid. I love the sequence that begins with 2:04 and ends with 2:28. It was just so good. Coming off a great season 1, season 2 continues a really strong story. You did a wonderful job of hitting so many of the season's highlights. Yes, it was a slightly different style from your season 1 vid but it was no way less entertaining. You also happened to include one of my favorite lines from the show. Michael tells Nikita, "They'll see it in our eyes when we look at each other." The guy wasn't lying. In the later seasons there were instances where he looked at Nikita with hearts in his eyes. That and your perfect use of Lana Del Rey songs for your LFN vids has seriously inspired me to work on my own LFN vid. You're right. Lana is just so perfect for them. Now, is it too early to start chanting for a season 3 vid from you. :-P

Yess I haven’t gotten the chance to continue season 3 tho. I adore these two tho and I have an abundance of material to work with from two seasons so I might create something again. Keep an eye out 👍🏻😘

I loved both LFN and CW Nikita, but I found the new reboot adaptation lacking is interesting plots where Division could have worked as a anti-terrorism agency as well as going rogue.

it's definitely on purpose!! He clearly makes an effort to not show any emotions on his face but the facade does break occasionally, and whenever it does, you're hit with just how much emotions Michael can actually feel.
