Janoskis are far and away my favorite from the pack and probably of this year. Even ran into Stefan recently and he even said its one of his favorite colorways they’ve ever made on his shoe

i’ve been waiting for them to do an sb with the flyknit for the breathability. never needed them more than now in this heat wave

I love the subtlety of the print on the Janoski and Blazer. Also, an SB Blazer with oval laces (SB Dunk laces) is tight!

First new Nike SB Silhouette I'm kind of intrigued by in a long time. Reminds me of a combination of Air Force 1s/Tom Sachs General Purpose Shoes or something.

interesting comparison. this is definitely my favorite new silhouette but I have yet to skate them. the air max ishod skates great.

Dude thank you so much for this video. I absolutely love these shoes. I never wear Air Max or any kind of "runner" but these look so cool. I get excited that Nike does some special stuff for the Olympics. I've always been excited for the Olympics in general, and the addition of skateboarding ramps up the stoke factor for me.

ive heard the fly knit actually does hold up. TBD but they made those olympic bruins last time and apparently those were super strong. athletes only though on those

Really like the look. First Nike (not just SB) silhouette that actually got me interested in a long time. Just copped from my local and will pick up tomorrow. Went TTS US12, should hopefully fit! Colorway is amazing, gotta get the Dunks too though.

@@DavidBluetile first wear says TTS for sure. They look narrow like an AM1, but fit extremely comfortably. IF anything, some people might wanna go half a size down, but in regular Nike crew socks this is definitely a TTS for me. I’m also TTS US12 in all Dunks (SB and regular).

Carbon fiber just feels like plastic because of the way its produce. U take woven carbon, mold it into a shape and pour resin on it.

I think these shoes are going to solve a lot of the problems and might maybe out do the ishod 2s cause that zoomair outsole is going to help a lot with impact. Which the ishods just seem to lack. Plus, the addition of the insole and midsole instead of the insole being the midsole like with the ishods. i also dig that 2-way lacing system cause i probably plan i keeping these for general wear.

Haha personally I got the ps8 because it’s new and different. That said I do lowkey kinda like the new safari dunk better than the og only because you can wear it with more things. Like … you can wear it with everything if you swap the laces to black.

@@DavidBluetile The 1st model is certified triple OG. By the way, once again, they're coming back. Though they haven't confirmed if it'll be a proper retro, super puffy like the OG's were, or slimmed down like the Tiffany box retro.

They definitely look better in video than on photos I was digging em but mannnnn nike/jordan with there pricing is crazyyyy 130$ plus tax n shipping it's a 150$ shoe. Idk about all that.

we are going to see it with the Reynolds as well. some of the re-issue sole tech stuff is up there as well. it does seem crazy but there is a boat load of tech in this shoe.

@DavidBluetile well Reynolds is My fav skater of all time so he's worth it lmao but a pro model shoe vs a team model is different as well. This is why I love Adidas man. All there stuff is Good quality and great prices still the busentiz pros stll my favorite silhouette and still only 85$ with as good or better material than dunk Sb's and almost half the price. Crazy.

They give me strong AVE2 feelings. At the same price point. The toebox looks too pointy for my wide feet. No meat around the heels for good heel flips. I'd probably buy these just to walk around, not to skate. Then again I could buy a pair of running Asics for 1/3 of that price

ah. word word. well try these on. the shape is different but I dont have a problem with blazers so you may have issues with these also. actually dunks pinch my pinky more than blazers. feet are just so different but this shoe does feel more open and roomy than I expected.

How's the boardfeel on the ps8? They look chunky to me

I may skate them today. Im wearing them now and they dont feel super thick but I just took off the NB# 272 by Tom K and that is a thin vulc shoe so anything feels thick compared to that. fits really nice. no hot spots for me.

limited enough to sell out for us in 3 minutes? haha there are waaaaaaay more dunks in the market than PS8. The dunks sell out because demand is a lot higher but they make more dunks than any other SB

maybe you're right but skateboarders don't really support those brands. They praise them and wait for them to go on sale. The nature of supply and demand puts Sole Tech product at the bottom because demand is so low that it only sells on clearance. Great for the customer but terrible news for the brand. Thats why Pierre just sold to The Nidecker Group who are also not skateboarders. Pierre had a choice... go out of business or sell. He sold. So my advice to skate brand supporters.... is support with your wallet not your words. I understand thats hard when things are so expensive but that is the nature of biz and Sole Tech is not immune to the fact that it takes a lot of money to run a business. Especially a shoe company. Research and development for new sneaker tech is not cheap... neither are pros salaries. I always kinda go in on these types of comments because it's important to me too. I want the skate brands to succeed rather than limp through the market on discount dollars.

And some how this color way is limited too. And. No skaters are going to be able to get these. Other than you I guess.😅
