Pro 4. Because I know I’m never going to finish a sub 3hr marathon. I prefer the more stable comfortable race shoe.

@@daniels7719have pro4 very stable. More than my invincible run 3 and more comfortable because you don’t feel like you are sinking in your shoes. I am using this as my daily trainer now. Best choice ever made.

Yes, I like to run pretty much all my runs in Endorphin Pro 3s. Makes training long miles possible and pleasant for me. Vaporflys, best half marathon shoes. After 30km my heel striking gets worse and it is game over. Marathon for heelstrikers, the heel cannot be soft. Nike Tempo Next% was the best ever for heelstrike. Sadly discontinued.

Great video thanks, hesitating precisely between these 2. Coming from the Saucony Endorphin Speed 4 which is my all time favorite shoe, I'm a bit biased to try the Pro 4, but the Vaporfly is so hyped by everyone and super light, which also makes me want it... tough choice!

Great review man! I’m starting out at my hobby of jogging on the side of my normal soccer training and games, got the adizero SL’s to begin with. Keen to try out a plated supershoe one day, but looking for comfort too, not just pure speed. I’m wondeitng how would you compare the Endorphin pro 4’s to ASICS superblast? Would you say the endorphin give better energy return on long runs because they have the plate in them?

Thanks mate. I wouldn't say the Pro has more energy return than the Superblast but it's stiffer with the plate and has a more noticeable rocker that feels like you are tipping forward. The Superblast is the king of the long run shoes, the Pro will feel the faster.

Cheers! 🤙🏼 EDIT: I ended up copping Endorphin Speed 4 a few weeks ago, and just this weekend the Adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 shoes! Loving my mini rotation. The speed are super soft and comfortable and I still can get good speed on my runs, the adios pro shoes definitely have nice pop and help me run long distances without feeling it in the legs as much. Looking to try beat my 7km pb and go under 30 minutes with the adios pro 3 shoes. Definitely still think the Superblast and Endorphin Pro 4 look like awesome shoes, something I might look to try in the future!

Saucony messed up. They made a fast day shoe rather than a race shoe.

Fit... I love the forefoot in the Vaporfly V2 and Endorphin Pro 3 but I hear Endorphin Pro 4 forefoot is narrow?

It's certainly narrow compared to the VF 3 but I find the Pro 4 the same width as most Saucony...which are a narrower fit than other shoes.

Don’t have vaporfly 3… kinda want to get it just to see the difference but I love my pro4 that rocker is amazing and it’s so comfy on my feet for my daily runs. Using it as recovery, long run and tempo runs now. Ditched my invincible 3, that shoe is trash compared to this.

I have the pro 3 and the toe box is too narrow and uncomfortable. Vaporlfy next 2% toe box is more comfortable.

Which of these 2 has a less harsh plate feeling in the forefoot?

Do you mean stiffness or rigidity of the shoe or cushion in the forefoot or rocker sensation?

@@jessieaguilar795 They are very similar in the cushion. From my experience the Vaporfly is the faster more responsive ride but the ride is more harsh.

Never go Nike. Buy running shoes. Nike is great for lifestyle shoes not for running. I’ve tried them all if it’s not Hoka, it’s Saucony.
