these are fun to play in for the price, he is right they feel suffocating at first so it takes a couple games for them to break in but once they break they decent

The cushion is a mix of phylon and Nike renew is way more comfortable than bounce

I have the harden SB 2 with bounce and this. I say I prefer bounce more. Much softer and comfortable. My feet was drained using the Giannis Or maybe it's just because I only played using the Giannis a couple times.

EP version can go true to size still with adequate space.

On the traction review could you do how it works on outdoor courts …appreciate the videos

Problem with Nike is that they cant use soft mesh strobles becuz they arent using strong shanks to support the midsole. The support of the shoe is coming from the hard stroble and nothing else. Only the LeBrons have a strong stroble this year. They are cutting costs across the board.

the kd16 has a bottom loaded plastic plate, not sure if that completely qualifies as a shank but that does support the midsole a lot. (I have it and it has great torsion support and it isn't super flexy.

@@f1tzy_469 I saw them KDs. Definitely a stiff setup. Plenty of support. The JAs gotta shank plate too, thats a shoe that came out last year. Why Nike choose to skip out on tech while raising prices this season, I have no idea. This will leave the door open for off brands to compete. WOW, Anta, New Balance and Puma are catching up or surpassing Nike in performance. Give the WOW Son of Flash $110 over the KD16 $160 anyday.

It’s not cost cutting. Fiberboard is likely cheaper than fabric. These soft strobels are because people like to feel the soft foam. Just because it’s comfy doesn’t mean it’s better though.

I have the Immortality 1, it was great at first. But after playing in it in like 3 weeks, the upper mesh sidewalls begin to pop and broke. The support isnt that good.

Just like the previous models. Immortality is snug, good for narrow footed not for wide footed Used cheap materials , upper is not that durable and has a tendency to rip out But hey , that's what your get for a $80-$90 budget model from Nike

how would this compare to the Lebron Wintess 8?

i've had the immortality 1's , 2's, and 3's, and they are all amazing, especially for their price

Is the outdoor durability of the 3s good?

I tried these and i hate them, thankfully Khols has the Giannis 2's still and they are my favorite bball shoe ever. but yeah these new ones do not feel good to ball in

Not sure in terms of court or position, but I was just deciding the same thing for myself, the immortality is much stiffer and imo has a better lock in for the shoe, your ankles and the entire foot doesnt move at all even on hard stops, the impacts are a great fit, but are softer, and also have a very sharp sole which i found to be awkward. The cushion is nice, but the front side of the shoe is still stiff. But immortalities do fit very slim feet, if you have wider feet they might be tight to be point of discomfort. Just played for about an hour with them today, they get pretty hot, maybe impacts are better idk. I have flat feet, but my feet a still in the slimmer side, even trae unlimited were too wide, immortalities were perfect. They are stiff, but once they relax a bit its a great fit, also the traction is amazing

If your a lighter player I’ll go with giannis if your on the heavier side go with air max. And if your outdoor the white option (showed in this video) gains so much dust you may want a different or darker color but it’s nothing bleach and a toothbrush won’t clean

Probably the Giannis 3. I have the Fly.By.Mid 3 and really liked it. I think it's starting to wear out now. I got it for about $45, 6 months ago and used it quite a lot. I used it over my Kyrie 8's because it just felt more natural to me. I liked it more than the Giannis 2's, which I also have and wore a lot as well. I am currently thinking of copping the 3's now too lol. I would get the Fly.By.Mid 3s again though if I saw it around the $50 price range.

Does anyone know his shoe size? Since when he says the weight its obviously relative to his size.

Yes but it's probably minimal. Plus you can just use it as a comparison to his other reviews to see if a shoe is heavier or lighter in general.

I agree with the harden stepback lineup. It's just better in cushion. If your a casual player, like me I bet you'll choose more comfort offered by the Hardens.

Not really. Cushion is a significant improvement. Have used both the immortality 2 and 3. 3 is much better
