Damn these are the ones supposed to replace turbo 2s?!? But those were so light!

Great review, it was very clear, thanks. It's sad though to learn that Tempo Next will replace Turbo 2. The Peg Turbos are by far my favorite training shoes, given the great versatility: they accept easy paces, while being prepared for really fast sessions and long runs. Maybe I'll have to look at other brands (Skechers and NB, probably) to find a replacement for it in the future. But I liked your Tempo impressions, as I'm considering to be an early buyer of it.

Take a look at the Brooks Hyperion Tempo they have replaced the Turbo for me as they are more stable with 2mm more cushion in the front and same at the back with a little lighter weight and $30 cheaper

Can you recommend me a trainer to use every two day I run 3k and most I do is 10k I like the alpha or vaporfly and the tempo you just reviewed please advise and if you can explain why these won’t be a great choice I would be over the moon

Great review man! Did they come in an orange Nike box or the white air zoom box? I just got a pair of eBay cause we don’t have em in the states yet.

Seems a great shoe for some

Interesting take, I found it to be more structured for longer runs than the Peg 37 which I enjoyed. Not sure this shoe was designed to be a daily trainer, but something that should be used for times when you want to run faster or runs where specific paces mattered. Appreciate the work put in, just had a mostly positive experience for me.

Love the (initial) look, support and feel of this shoe. However, after 2-weeks it began to fray and my feet were all over the place within the shoe. Very unstable within a month - even in walk mode.

Guys how durable is the foam? I had the ultra boost which was a joke $300 for foam that lasted a year or 2 before a hole started to appear under the foot.

So sad turbo 2 is being replaced by a brick. Go stock up on turbo 2 before they are gone.

I just bought another pair of turbo 2's the other day I absolutely love that shoe. I also enjoy running in the pegasus 36 but I'm not a fan of the pegasus 37.

Have you noticed a squeak or loud noise while running in these?

we have the impression that the top canvas is not doing its job and that the foot is not stable! ?? this is worrying ...?

what are long distance? :D

You recommend these for exercise like jumping squats and skipping rope?

You should never squat in running shoes. Too much instability. A running shoe is cushion sole. For squats you want a weightlifting shoe that is flat sole and non compressible so you have that stability and connection to the ground. Possibly a shoe with a raised heel if you lack mobility in the ankle. Hope you don’t mind me sharing.

Do they fit small or big. I wear size 12 and when I bought the vapor fly next percent size 12 they're tight on me

How I can this shoes bought in India....

Has anyone experienced the squeaking noise when you walk with the tempo next? It’s annoyingly noisy for every strike or step I take.

Your air pocket popped. I has the same thing happen when i was doing a mid distance workout. While the shoe is amazing (for me) the construction seems to be lacking in real durability. I exchanged them for another pair and haven't had issues yet.

@@vm5788 the air pods didn’t pop or burst. it’s just the way it is by design for the tempo next. I remedied that matter with some baby powder and the noise’s stopped.

got these and they are not good. feels almost cheap on the finish of the shoe. Turbo 2s are far better

I have one and the comfort is pretty shitty, I walk just a little and I already have blisters on both feet. Compared to other adidas shoes I have, it is uncomparable when it comes to comfort

I thought this was a marathon shoe. I want to buy a shoe for a marathon, would Pegasus 37 be a cheap easy marathon shoe?

The Pegasus is very versatile: you can definitely use it to run a marathon (and to train for it).

They run true to size length wise, but if you have wide feet, size up a half size because they fit very snug on the upper.

$200 for a trainer? I bought the vaporflys next for $209 and I bet the price is dropping on them now too.

The running shoe market was a little stagnating before the Vaporfly. The high price of that shoe, and the difficulties in finding them all contributed to the hype. Now that the cat is out of the bag, all brands have many more expensive shoes in their catalogues.

The quality control for this shoes is horrendous. I return 2 pairs. 1 give way with 5 weeks of running and the other give way after 3 days of running. Horrible.
