Several varieties of AF1 are produced and released in the market through the years. It might be the case that a few distinctions might not apply to specific releases. We suggest looking at the distinctive signs holistically.

Hum just got new pair and they don't have the metal tap on shoe laces. Forget where sister order them online, but think it was Amazon. Well will see how long they last ever pair I have had since 1978 has lasted me two years are longer and I walk a lot Spokane Valley Wa to California to Tucson Arizona almost completely wore soul off last pair

Why is it so hard to tell though? The size difference alone should've raised a huge red flag. The fake looks like a custom Wal-Mart low with some Nike Air Force Oke add ons. I'm using Walmart lows right now as we speak to hone my customizing skills, ik that type of shoe when I see it.

That's because we focus on visible differences to help buyers spot fakes in a short time. We haven't done a longitudinal comparison to study durability and comfort. But from others' feedback, the fakes never match the originals.

Depends on the model actually/ Af1 classic has metal plated logos. But some other varieties might have plastic or no plate at all. I suggest to check the style number and see whether the results match with the details in your shoe

If you got to go through all of that to see if the shoe is fake and you might as well wear the fake ones it really wouldn't matter cuz look what you got to do to tell if they think lmao

If you cannot remove it, try to dispace it a little bit at the edge to observe the side stitching. Side stitching should be dense, robust and very regular

Both come out of the same factory! If they get past quality control they are labelled ‘real’, if they fail quality control they are labelled ‘fake’ sent out the back door of the factory to the local markets where they can be sold to the locals who would never be able to afford a pair of the ‘real’ shoes! How do I know?……..A foreign girlfriend was a supervisor in one of the factories! Basically’fakes’ are just ‘B’ stock!
