I’m not a massive Nightwish fan but this performance maybe the best live performance I’ve ever heard from a modern day band. Such a great song.

That song hits my emotion button every time during the build up to the climax...tears roll every time I hear it. So good.

Nah... Nightwish: It's not just a job, it's an adventure. (Note: I can use this because I'm a US Navy veteran, and this was a recruiting slogan when Under Siege with Steven Seagal was made. It is, in fact, an actual Navy slogan.)

I've seen this performance so many times and it never gets old. It just hits that spot in the cerebral cortex that contains the emotion euphoria.

Ghost Love Score's Epic ending is an emotional catharsis for me in every single time i hear this song. "My fall will be for you My love will be in you If you're the one who cut me, I will bleed forever..." ❤❤❤

I am old school to. I discovered Nightwish on KZread when I was about 61 years old. They are now my favorite band of all time. I listen to them everyday. They have gotten me through tough times over the years. Just keep listening, because you never know what to expect. Make sure you go back to their earlier music with the different singers. Tarja, Anette, and now Floor. Welcome to the Nightwish community.............. :-)

This performance of this song has to be one of THE greatest live performances of all time, of any song, by any band. It's flawless, unbelievable, incredible. I've watched this video countless times, watched loads of reaction videos and I'll keep watching it. Mesmerising and mind-blowing.

She is amazing. She does this song on tour 4-5 days in a row, and she does it every time, don't know how she does that. I really think you should do a third one still, in Buenos Aires 2012...a small theatre packed with people, and how she does that final note...sure will blow you away...it isn't even floorgasm, it's something else!

Not every band could be a touring one. Nightwish is a touring band. I think it's better to watch them pretty each time we miss em.

@@jmazoso Actually it doesn't make sense to Nightwish financially either to tour Northern America... they lose money or just break it even there... but dunno how's it gonna be after this corona pandemic since Nightwish seems to become some kind of phenomenon on KZread. Maybe now they could fill bigger venues eventhough they still are not, and never will be, a radio play friendly band...

Hi guys. Again a great reaction video too a great song. Yes theres alot of reaction videos on here about nightwish. But its what you takeout of the experience i love watching your emotions when you view or hear something for the 1st time. Its just fanstatic theres soooo much more out there. Music is very important to me helps me remember the good times with my late wife who passed away lastyear. We also enjoyed music together. So keep going love you.

Yep... the backstage and the whole show Nightwish brings are amazing so the live performances _with_ a video are prefered by the fans. The raw emotion and the whole vibe are different..

This brings me to tears EVERY time I experience this video.

I remember I saw Kamelot in a little club here called The White Rabbit, a month later Nightwish played at that same tiny club and we were just blown away how they were playing little clubs here in the US. The cool thing is after the shows you got to hang out with the bands. So that was cool. There were a lot of huge roaches there and I have a funny story...the female singer for this band called Leaves Eyes were opening for Kamelot and this huge roach fell down her dress right into her chest and she stood there singing the whole song and holding her chest so the roach wouldn’t go anywhere and after the song she ran to the side of the stage and a roadie reached in and pulled out the roach lol.

Thanks for doing this once more as one can never get enough GLS with Floor. This was the song written for Tarja that really showed all NW fans how awesome Floor is as she changed the ending of the song with the high note and made it her own. The high note at the end also gave us the term "floorgasm", which is now often paired with the term "perfloormance", so this is one floorgasmic perfloormance. P.S. I have a new band for you, or at least I think so since I couldn't find any videos of them on your channel. They are called Pagan's Mind and come from Norway. They have been around since 2000 and play progressive and power metal. Their vocalist Nils K. Rue is awesome (You may remember him from Ayreon's "The Day That The World Breaks Down") and their lead guitarist Jorn Viggo Lofstad is great also. Jorn also released an album with Floor Jansen under the name Northward. What’s the old saying, “What was once old is new again”. It could be argued that Ghost Love Score is not Nightwish’s best song, it is undoubtably the best introduction to the soprano goddess that is Floor Jansen. I’ve listened to this hundreds of times and still love it. Great reaction!!

i was there in wacken back in the days. there were 83k people listening to the band. i cannot describe the atmosphere closely to what it was like. i literally had goosebumps from head to toe. It was such a unbelievable experience. everyone should have seen this band live. its almost like a movie that covers every single deep feeling you carry in your heart. Thx for that great reaction!

It's really interesting that a lot (if not most) of the comments I've read here are from about 9 months ago. I never even heard of Nightwish 9 months ago! I found out about them because of another react channel where this song (and venue) were recommended soooooo many times, I just HAD to watch and see what Nightwish was all about. Also, I am NOT a metal fan, but I was FLOORed....(pun intended). I now have listened to all 3 singers and I know there are a lot of Tarja die-hard fans, but I just keep coming back to the way Floor sings it. It just seems to have a lot more power and range to the song. I've heard songs from most of their albums (live seems to be the best) and all I can say is I love Nightwish; most singers sing what they can - Floor sings whatever the hell she wants to sing.

The whole concert at Wacken 2013 is so damn good produced - the way they edited the video (well the whole concert actually) and also the sound is fantastic. To me this brings it to a whole new level and makes it so much more enjoyable. It's the closest thing to actually being there I guess... Also - I think all the members of Nightwish had a perfect evening, they perform at their best and you can really tell they are enjoying it, having fun together. Having played in bands myself I know that perfect moment can be hard to find, there are so many things that influence and "disturb", like how you slept, what you eat/drink before, how (if!) you hear yourself (as well as the others) on stage and of course the response from the audience. Like I said - Wacken 2013 seem to have been a perfect moment for Nightwish where everything came together. I've seen som clips from their concert at Wacken 2018 and it's not at all the same magic and energy...you can tell something's wrong. I mean they still put on a pretty good show, but nowhere close to the magic of 2013. To me this shows they're only human and I feel sorry for how they seem to struggle (maybe worn from a long tour?)

You guys really did seem to enjoy the song more this time around so good for you, I stand corrected as I always felt you missed something not seeing the LIVE performance. NW has to be experienced not merely heard but you clearly got the experience by merely listening and now had a even better experience this time around. Kel's explanation makes sense at least for you and her. Me, I am hopeless I need the visual LIVE experience, I am going to be overloaded anyway so why not. I am usually not a big fan of live performances on CDs vs studio version. However when it comes to Nighwish, I prefer their live music over the studio. Same can be said for Epica as well.
