If I remember correctly, he once stated in an interview that he grew to hate his old double-beard-thingy but was forced to keep it, 'cos his wife insisted on it. Looks as if the have found some kind of consensus XD

@@khalilqura150 one slip.....😀.....how Manu singers do you know that do not make any mistakes (and that don't use auto tune? Nightwish has had amazing singers and she's the one that makes the least amount of mistakes, and that's impressive , as Nightwish songs aren't simpel...

Have been a Nightwish since 2004, Nemo was the first song I had ever heard by them. Was so excited and humbled to be able to be at this show. caught my self welling a up a few times during the show. Absolutely incredible band

Floor is a great singer...but something else that always attracts my attention is she looks like a very physically powerful woman...which combines with her beauty very well.

Thank you for this post. I saw them live for the first time this year in Romania. It was my first metal concert as well. Nightwish made me laugh,jump and cry due to joy...especially with Wish I had an angel,Amaranth, Elan Ghost Love and Greatest show( I literally has a hand on my chest while my eyes were running with s sky high grin). I know Nightwish isn't just about the lead but I truly fell in love with them once Floor came on. Seeing and hearing her up close is a transformative experience. And not just her.Marco vocals rock as well and what a stage presence,Tuomas banging his head madly while doing his thing, jack of all trades Troy,Kai tearing up those drums and Emppu of course, handling his cords like no other. At 28 years old I have never had such a deeply joyful...astounding...overwhelming experience as I did at their show. Thank you for posting this! Thank you Nightwish! Your music has saved me, got me through some truly horrible moments in my life! THANK YOU!!!

Floor's outfit it AWESOME. Her voice is showing the affects of heavy touring, though. Hope she's taking care & pacing herself. She always gives 100%, love her!

Que gran banda ...Floor es puro talento ...energía actitud...headbanging...de verdad la diosa del metal...se extraña a Jukka....le daba un sonido estruendoso y potente a la banda....desde su salida ya Nightwish no suena tan poderoso...Que look más impresionante de Floor...ella si sabe lo que una vocalista debe hacer en escena....es única...incomparable....inigualable...ojalá Jukka resuelva sus dramas y vuelva...esta banda asume otro nivel con el...Nightwish para siempre....y como lo dijo el maestro Steve Harris...Nightwish camino a leyenda...hoy por hoy además de Maiden y Amon Amarth ....tienen los mejores shows en vivo....Floor si es metalera de verdad...

As the Wacken 2017 live streams drew to a close, the first trailer for Wacken 2018 was launched... Nightwish were announced as the first headliners... and I was online at the start of the pre-sale to buy my first ever festival ticket! Nightwish didn't disappoint! Great set, great crowd! Loved it! Looking forward to seeing the full set in London in a few weeks! (Oh, and I'm back at Wacken next year!

My favorite band ever

Floor has this huge advantage of being able to sing pop, rock and classical music. Her versatility saved her in this show. As you can see, she's not belting high notes like she did in 2013 Wacken Open Air. Thankfully her training in classical singing compensated her tired voice (because of belting high notes for 5 years straight) from further damage. You'll notice that she's singing Nemo operatically (similar to that of Tarja). Though it is not as powerful as when she was just new to the band, it still sounded very pleasant. Now that's what you call a really good singer.

I like the GETHSEMANE part, seeing how composers play, it's amazing to be so interesting to see the mix of music, especially emmpu, great guitarist, I wish for wacth in wacken next season....!!

You are correct. They filmed two shows in South America on this tour for a future DVD release. I believe it was the Argentina and São Paulo shows that we're filmed.

And Tarja and Annette were note perfect every live performance, no matter what... Hell, you could argue that three of them were off a bit; Floor and her voice, Marko looking like an aged, evil Santa, and the guitarist looked he got into a fight with a tanning bed. So what? It's still Nightwish.
