Nights in Mexico: Guanajuato City After Dark

As we round the bend on one year of pandemic life, I've been reminiscing about my time in Guanajuato--thinking about how beautiful the city was after dark, how it felt like the whole city was a living breathing being, and we could all feel her pulse. I miss my friends, and I miss nights in the city. I miss life. But I also know that this time of winter and pandemic lockdowns is on the way out--however slowly, things will renew themselves. They always do.
