Wrong. I heard repeatedly, stories of Israeli soldiers saying they were blocking any roads that could deliver relief supplies. Also saw footage of Israeli soldiers ransacking and destroying and/or confiscating relief supplies, feigning security concerns.

Innocent or guilty, it is EXTREMELY rare that you should testify. It is up to the state to prove that you are guilty. Nobody needs to claim or prove their innocence. You are innocent by default. And that is how it is, on the books, in basically every government around the world, even places like north korea follow this rule. Now granted, proving you are guilty of something is trivial there, but that is still how the system works. It has brought mankind very far. Hamas' leaders launched a murderous terrorist attack, Netanyahu made it into an horrifying war. Therefore, Hamas' leaders get charged for starting it, and Netanyahu for making of it an attempt at genocide. Starving civilians, killing food volunteers and Israeli hostages because they might be Hamas (i.e., they looked like Palestinians) makes clear the moral high ground is not in the IDF side anymore. I highly recommend you to check the information about the ICC' powers. It often gets confused with the ICJ. Both are in The Hague, but they do different things. Google 'ICC vs ICJ.'
