Complaints are not due to more people are traveling than ever before. That’s stupid. The complaints are because these airlines are charging way more money now for limited resources, and lack of customer service. So the ROI is not matching up so people are complaining because of that.

Why does media side with corporations over consumers. Airlines explanation of rising complaints was they have too many customers for customers to expect reasonable service and media/reporters has zero push back on answers like that is amazing. Other words airlines are making way too much money to be concerned with service while treating their customers as cattle.

People now days no nothing about customer service, when I worked in the field, I won an award for customer service, but that's looked down on.

I kind of feel bad for Biden, but my Mother us 82 still functional no issues still plays the organ for church but she knows her limitations. We all came together (8 siblings) and let her know your not driving anymore, we wouldn't want her or anyone else harmed. Yes her pride was hurt, but did it for herself. As a pharmacy technician, I retired when I reached 73 years old., thinking that I might give a wrong medication to the patients in the outpatient pharmacy. Although, I still can’t still walk and read, I was thinking of the safety of our patients in the hospital. I I have had in mind that I might pick up the wrong med from our cabinets.
