Prices are still rising at Walmart- Olive oil from $5.78 to $7.57. Frozen chicken breast strips $7.92 to $8.98. Many other healthy items are way up too. Companies gouging/taking profits.

If the east or Midwest are enjoying a drop in prices, then on my California coastline I am going through another round of sticker shock. Recently, our grocery prices lowered. In a month or two, they will probably be jumping much higher and I will end up hearing how the east or midwest states are enjoying drops in grocery prices. Have a tiny budget but am learning to stock up on basics of I catch on sale, butter took a nice drop in price. Powdered milk , canned goods, not quite yet. Larger bags of produce are already blanched and ready to dehydrate. Am not s canner. Live in a small apartment. Need to squeeze the budget and squeeze a bit more if I can catch any basic, healthy and versatile foods on sale. If oatmilk top high, which I prefer, I will get the oatmeal in my pantry, powder in the blender, add molasses or fruit and this is my healthy milkshake while I wait until prices come back down. Been pushing harder since CoVid with learning and being creative with food management budget. Takes work, and I won't get rich, but this is way much better scrimping and saving rather than crying and whining. My pantry and freezer can only hold so much, so makes also a bit more challenging to work the most healthy foods, budget and storage management.

Prices across the board are not going back to 2019 levels. If they happen to, that would be a significant deflation, which would be an even bigger problem for the economy than the inflation that got us here. At this point, best to hope for the fed's target of 2%

That will never happen. Prices started going up during trump administration when he closed the borders making migrant workers not allowed to cross to work the farms. Remember when they was pouring milk out on the ground & farms killing pigs & fruit was left on the trees because they couldn’t get workers? Companies have been price gouging since the ending of the pandemic. Why are we still having to suffer with their greed?? For lower/fixed income people, it has been unbearable.

😂😂😂😂Trump has been handling very hostile press conferences and all the bogus trials fabricated by joe with dignity. Also he was gathering large crouds and talking in front of them in a blizzering heat , some people were taken to hospital in Vegas because of the heat stroke, and here he was in a suit under the blistering sun. Not making any guffes like dementia patient.

BS inflation is down! My grocery bill at Walmart in 2022, with meat included, was $250. Today, the same items, but without meat, at Walmart is $450. And this is shopping for only myself and my dog!

In addition to the gaff, you’ve failed to report the rambling answers, the inability to remember the multiple components of the questions, the frequent incomplete sentences, the trailing off in the middle of sentences to silence, the failing to complete sentences at all and then moving to other topics / examples, several instances of slurred / garbled words / phrases, the failure to answer the question asked e.g. particularly those related to how and what he’d do in the future where he almost always answered but listing what he’d done in the past. There’s no doubt he’s done many great things. There’s tremendous doubt he can keep that going for the next four months much less the next four years.
