Well tanya has 2 eye colors but just not at the same time. The yellow is when she is using gods power, and the blue is her normal eye color. My guess is the maker if the pic wanted to out line both sides of her.

From what I can tell the artist who made this image decided her legs needed to start a foot behind her hips and it just devolved from there
