In a way you a hurricane can also "chase you underground" by burying you. It also match the whole would you kill theme. If the hurricane is a metamorph for emotions then you get a yandere song.

For anyone who is interested, the girl is ryougi shiki from garden of sinners, otherwise known as Kara no kyoukai. One of the greatest anime series I have seen to date personally.
