Omg the song is only 15 seconds in and I'm already tearing up. Deku had such a hard childhood and the fact that it gets mostly glossed over is really heartbreaking. Like, he was bullied and pushed around and hated for TEN YEARS (the first four years I think it was okay, nobody really had a quirk for the first four years) and that shit never really goes away, especially when it's during your formative years. This song is so perfect for him and the picture makes my heart warm and break in equal measure.
