This is wrong though when you fake a smile you trick your brain into thinking that you are happy do it long enough and you will start feeling happy.. kinda like the saying fake it till you make it. As long as you make yout brain thing something is true it will start adapting to that truth

I'm not gonna lie, it's a bit hard to know if people's smiles are actually real or fake nowadays. For those who are having a tough time, I pray that you will find that "ray of light" in your life and keep moving forward no matter how hard it might be. Surpass your limits and don't stay down once you fall down. :)

Yes sometimes if people are going through something hard they'd usually just let out they're tears when theyre in the bathroom.. bc noone else is in there except for them but they can't scream their pain out it's really hard... If there is one way to know if ppl are going through something is when their eyes are swollen red somethimes only though some people's are good at hiding their true emotions and good at forcing themselves not to cry I just wish I can too 🙂 (Using my dad phone)

I thought I was the only person who would pretend to be happy who would pretend to be fine and I used to think about dying about trying to make it look like an accident then I saw everybody's comments and it showed me that im not the only one suffering. Geez! Seriously...As I thought girls are literally pathetic. Anyways everyone is afraid to let go their anger 'cause they're afraid that it would cause chaos and perhaps people will hate or blame them, you'll even get embarrassed by yourself too. I'm also not that strong to let my anger go so easily but up to some extent I let it out as I have some strong friends who help me to encourage me. Smiling is the best way to hide your feelings.. i smile and laugh because it's that what i want others to see, it's better to show this mask, because if others see how i really am, they would understand that something's wrong.. then they would worry, and feel sad too, i don't want that.. that's why sometimes is better to hide everything and scream, cry, dying inside, holding it for yourself..then let it flow with tears when nobody sees, because at least is an emotion, and it makes me feel alive.. 😞

i don't think you need to keep up smile, my smile become something that i cant stop, my day alone when i try to smile i feel tired but when im going somewhere or just hang with family my smile just wont stop and i feel nothing this is just my experience so that someone not stuck smiling everyday, thanks to covid i can stop smiling and be myself in my room

My teacher was telling us a story about how her best friend in school killed herself and how she now hates suicide jokes. i kinda made it worse by telling my friends i want to put the acid in my eyes (we were in science dealing with some acid) and the teacher looked at me and said "stop, this is not a joke." and i stared at her, feeling sorry for her to think abt her friend and she went out of the room for a couple of mins. :( I apologized to her after she came back. It was the only time I could bond with a teacher because I told her some things I told no one and she was helping me. Best teacher. :)

I was suicidal for a while, and in that time, people in my class were yelling and laughing about suicide jokes. I sat there silently, my friends all ignored me when I felt like crying.

Listening to this i didn't even realize i had little tears in my eyes lol. Man this song is just a vibe that almost everyone can relate to and especially people who have or are going through this.

Smiling hides the pain and is easier than explaining the decay you feel inside. But I find comfort that even a fake smile keeps everyone around happy. That the smile of others is worth the extra energy it takes to smile
