I love the fact that Touko is the character for this song. Since she's the ultimate writing prodigy, she does indeed write down how she feels. To be honest this song fits her perfectly as it kinda tells her story- there's a villain living in her head (genocide Jack) and it "begs her to write it" and since she's the writing prodigy her success could be rooted from writing about Jack.
