OMG the monitors are to bright at night. That will fight against your night vision. Are you able to dim them down. Individual dim control would be best. Also light that bright in the cab at night would effect your pupils, eyes will adjust to that making outside seem darker. You'd real only be able to see what's in the headlights. Think like looking in a cave from outside vs standing in the cave
