hey mate. i,ve had my night rod for 10 years now{cannot break them}i,ve had worked hogs most of my life (63 years young), they are still only half as fast and you have to rebuild them every 50,000 k.you''re right about everything you say ,but you adapt to them in a very short time.when ever i think of selling mine i just go for a run up to mt glourious. it''s still in the shed....

I actually liked the look of her. Not that I'd buy one. As for the weather and the views, they were gold 👌 Hubby is trying get me on a cruiser...lol. Being short (5ft4) the riding position is a problem lol. Cheers mate 🍻

Did 180,000 kms on my VRSCB, in 8 yrs, up and down the east coast from Gladstone to Tassie. Rung it's neck, never put a spanner on it..

Next time I have an extra gazillion dollars, think I'll buy Australia, just so I can remove all those dang speed bumps !! That would have been an awesome ride without them. I'll appoint you Benevolent Overlord and you can change it up however you wish. Nice ride/review/opinion. I've always thought the V Rod/Night Rod would make a fun 5th or 6th bike in the stable. Certainly has a ton of top end, for a Harley.

I'd ride it, but you're right...wouldn't buy it.

Should not be riding a bike like that in tennis shoes and shorts and a tee shirt. Is not an ordinary bike.
