1. Peel your beans and blend with some water
2. Whip for 5 minutes
3. Grease your Ramekin and add batter
4. Steam Cook for 30 minutes till you can insert a tooth pick and it comes out clean.
5. Make your stew and enjoy.

.peppermix( tomato, habanero pepper, onions, chilli pepper and bell peppers)

. Pomo
. Panla
. Onions salt and seasoning
