Nigeria had already qualified for the last 16, so we all thought that they "deliberately" lost the Paraguay game, but their display against Denmark made me question that thought and I began to think that the loss against Paraguay was real and never deliberate!😊

​@@humbledon9700 Lol. That's make no sense to me. I think Nigeria play really good this game. But Paraguay overall was a better team. The big difference was the GK. Chilavert was really good and dominant. Big fan of Nigeria team and specially this era. But the weakest point was the defense and the GK. Hopefully Nigeria and Paraguay can make a comeback in the world scenario.

Ese mundial fue muy bueno por qué llegaron casi todas las selecciones con muy buenos planteles. Casi todos los equipos tenían al menos un par de figuras mundiales.

The paraguayan league it's not that strong now. And in some way paraguayan football lost the identity. So you don't see players like Chilavert. Gamarra. Acuña. Santa cruz. Cardozo. Arce. etc. now you got Almirón and that's it. Hopefully they make a comeback.
