Nigeria: It's Too Late For Restructuring, Yoruba Group Demands Secession

The Yoruba Liberation Command (YOLICOM) has expressed their agitations at the prevailing political circumstances happening in Nigeria; and as a result call on the United Nations (UN) to immediately put the machinery in motion for the immediate dissolution of Nigeria and self-government of the Sovereign Nation of Oduduwa Republic.

The Yoruba are finally waking up to reality...! They are finally beginning to pick up courage. As for what Mazi Nnamdi Kanu said about the Yoruba was said to wake them up...we don't hate the Yoruba despite what may have been said. The Yoruba is the only glue holding Nizooria together. It's time to go!

Watch European separatist movements closely. If one looks closely at the English and Scottish in Great Britain or the Catalans and Castilians in Spain, for example, those separatist minorities have based their arguments for separation on socio-linguistic, socio-cultural, and socio-economic divisions that continue into present times. Let us consider 1) the aforementioned minorities speak their own languages which have their own dialects among them. 2) Their cultures have either been overtly attacked by the majorities in their unions or the majorities' cultures have taken priority over those minorities' cultures. 3) These minorities are heavily taxed by the majorities, and, thus, funding those majorities. If Africans wish to redraw their borders along ethnic lines, it is important to consider, for example, there are at least 4 dialects of Catalan spread over 4 countries (Spain, Andorra, France, and Italy). If they should continue fragmenting themselves into smaller separatist movements they will not only reduce the number of supporters that they have but also they will make themselves vulnerable to the aforementioned majorities and their alliances. So, should the Yoruba attempt to develop their own Yoruba state, it theoretically will be more advantageous to partner with other Yoruboid peoples with whom you have similar cultures and negotiate FAIR terms among yourselves. Naturally, alliances only work when terms are EQUITABLE. Beware of Trolls trying to divide Yoruba!

This is a good check mate against the north. The Yorubas have all it takes to be a prosperous nation. Am happy, they have taking this bold moves. The time of divide and rule is over. Yes, be bold. Say it as it is. It is not being diplomatic or sophistication. Say it. Nothing will happen. Pursue it with confidence and have a strong negotiation power. The north had taken others forgranted for too long. This man is now my second Awo. God bless you sir. All that you have said is correct. God bless you. Remain fairm. Nothing will happen. You cannot afford to play second fiddle to the north. See, the have activated bokoharam 2.0 because the north have seen that though buhari is alive but he is no longer capable of ruling nigeria. Enough is enough.

I pretty much get ur point, but Jesus ain't white. He was brown like u (u & me)description of Jesus is in d Bible. Mostly, white ppl does not ve anything they murdered raped n stole a lot from us n yes never stopped still happening. Most of dem r descendants of cain very evil. Dey erased most n everything bout us, our knowledge n history just as dey enslaved us in our continent's, kidnapped forced our descendants taken as slaves to build their countries, then turn around set us against each other claiming dat we sold our own ppl, forced their language on us, raped, killed, maimed n denied our ppl right/access to education except to learn their immoral dirty cultures of satan, evils guns n bombs. If u don't believe, pls go check out London museum's all our stolen artifacts r displayed there, dey couldn't believe wat we capable of doing then, dey were amazed n scared dat if we r left alone to continue we might b unstoppable, cos our civilizations had already surpassed their imaginations thus reasons 4 them dividing Africa. They dine dissect us into pieces which they called "D National Cake".

If Kanu came out like this I don't see why I would not support him. He's filled the ranks of the struggle with poorly educated fews. You don't just form a nation. It's planned and strategic alliances formed before actualization.

sincerly thé ibos and yorubas has no problem they normaly live in peace since over past years its only hausa fulani is thé major problem in Nigeria but if thé Oduduwas can mantain their independents déclaration by not going back i believe Nigeria Will get to end and thé fulanis Will then suffer their evil does because the Biafrans and Oduduwa Will remain in natural contact. All hail United states of Biafar

You people should said the fact, to rule the Nation, Edo have qualified people, it was the system that was created at the beginning, that the presidency should be share among the three major ethnic groups. That is how it has been since 1960, those rules are going to be thrown away, if Nigeria still stand, a good leader is good for all, who care where he or she comes from. About prostitution in abroad that is comon amongs Edos, other parts of Nigeria involved in it too, we hear Benin or Edo girl all the time, many have rise up in the state to fight the human trafficking.
