@@will-i-am-not That might not be true, they are looking to shut down dozens of pointless departments in civil servants, many of whom go out of their way to go against government plans because it suits their lefty beliefs. The NHS can't keep going the way it is, the population is a lot higher than it was when the NHS was started but many take advantage of it. Prescriptions are nearly 10 quid each for those who pay, so every couple of months it costs me and the wife £40-£50 for blood pressure tablets, etc. Yet you see some go out with a bag full of meds for free, probably sit in a cupboard unused because if they don't get the medication they will be struck off benefits.

Why is Ofcom doing nothing about the BBC hiring it's own workers and political activists to ask Nigel questions on Questions Time? It's an absolute disgrace.

Scrap the license fee. Let those who WANT to watch the BBC, PAY for it. NOT the rest of us.

ya, that's not the point, though . starner, using his family history to portray himself as the average worker, is just laughable and that he understands the plight of the worker. lives in London, fancy lawyer wages for decades, eats out at London 5 star restaurants etc spent his younger years doing activist work Eastern Europe, gets kicked out of a pub back in 2016, didn't ask permission from the owner just walks into the pub not realising he was talking to the owner. the entitlement and despite against the landlord was just like brown calling that old woman names behind closed doors.
