    Donot think too much. Intlo food thinandu more vegetables and fruits. Afternoon 11 to 3 lopu one small bowl of rice or one or two wheet roti or ragi roti or jonna roti etc and eat always before 7 PM max that too natural food. Fruits or nuts or carrots or cucumber etc or mix. 2 times a day with 4 liters water. Water morning till 11 AM 2 to 3 liters water close chesthey better. No juices please always prefer to eat. Who have diabetes and other problems better consult doctor. Yedhyna healthy and little is good for healtha and compulsory 15 to 20 minutes excercise including breathing exercises. Motivation - fiest involve in nay work with little breaks. No junk no outside food. We all will be healthy. Finally have a passion to reduce weight if not all these are waste of money and temporary. Lifestyle change is permanent. Physical workout and food maintenance compulsory. Donot follow short cuts. Donot waste money on these
