I was so depressed in 2023. My parents divorced, I was stressed, and I got diagnosed with severe depression. When I was at the point of losing it and having major panic attacks, I shut down. It was hard to get back up with all of the stress, but I made it into 2024 without hurting myself. When the ball dropped for 2024, I decided to not live in depression. To enjoy life and break free I'm a 14-year-old male. I couldn't sit at home and let my life slip away. I decided to live my life to the fullest in 2024 and that's what I'm doing now, and no one is going to stop me.
