She is saying her cousin asked to stay with her before he got killed, and because she felt her family may be using her she said no. Now he's dead because of the environment they were living in (High crime) and if she would've said yes he may have been alive. She feels guilty

She's protective of her family. That's why she feels some sense of responsibility.

You should watch the PinkPrint documentary it gives a lot of insight on Nicki’s personal life like her family and how her busy schedule limits how much time she can spend with them

Actually the killing of her cousin had nothing to do with blame on her by the family. Fame made her family distant themselves because they didn't want her to feel they piggy backing. So fame caused that regret because she feels it was something she could've stopped if she invited him. She didn't and they never asked. "His sister said he wanted to stay with me but I didn't invite him." They didn't asked and because they distant themselves, Nicki did not get the opportunity to invited him and she regrets it because of fame.

Nicki is very protective of her family her mother (Carol Maraj) makes music herself but Nicki really doesn’t like that because she knows how harsh the music industry was to her and doesn’t want her mom to experience what she has gone through

I feel like Nicki was saying that her cousin was not trying to ask her if he could stay with her (even tho he wanted to) because she was “famous”. They assumed she’s too busy/ they don’t wanna bother her. When she says “that’s a reflection of me…” I feel like she’s saying if she would’ve tried harder to let them know she loves them and will do whatever she can for them, he wouldn’t have thought twice about asking.

I agree .. it should most definitely be allowed . One thing that doesn't make sense to me with the U.S. is that they wanna ban abortion but has ran out of baby formula .. they wanna ban abortion but the debt of the nation is unbelievably high .. if more people have babies & dont pay their medical bills ( i really dont know anyone who has paid their med bills after giving birth, it's literally like 30k-60k to push out a human ) the nation will be in way more debt . .
