I used to listen em all the time on Kerrang growing up. Too Bad and How You Remind Me were a massive part of my childhood alongside Puddle of Mudd, Good Charlotte and tonnes of others. Can't beat a bit of Nickelback 😁 Also prefer the long hair Chad 🤘

I would like to share my story about Nickelback and their impact on my life. 2001: I was in daycare in the car and heard ‘How You Remind Me’. From that day, it was stuck in my head forever. As the years went on and I got internet access and an MP3 player, I found myself always listening to Nickelback. As a 6 year old with many family problems, their music matured me and gave me direction. As I started to understand meaning in words, I found the meaning of ‘Too Bad’. It seemed like they knew exactly my struggles. Fast forward and I found myself going to shows with my mother in New England. The shows were amazing and gave me something to look forward to. At 17, I went to Japan to see Nickelback at Zepp Namba in Osaka. It was incredible. Then in their ‘Feed The Machine’ tour, I was given the opportunity to meet them through contacting the band in various ways. I sat front row and begged my mom to toss the tickets on a credit card in which I would pay her back. I got on stage and sang next to Ryan Peake and Chad Kroeger. I love Nickelback so fucking much. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me.

Actually a lot of people dont like Nickelback because of their frat like antics and disregard for a more artistic approach to their songs. However, they are anthemic and anthemic bands are not driven by art. We also dont like anthemic bands because we find them artistic but rather they have the ability to make you dance and forget for a while. I would actually compare the hate nickelback has to the hate that most dubstep suffered back in its heyday, and especially now. I like them both.

I became a fan of Nickelback when I first heard their song, "Leader of Men." Then they were the 1st concert I ever went to and I saw them in concert 2 more times after that. They have their haters but I think they have put out some damn fine music over the years. Their power ballads are great, but it's songs like this that proves they can still rock hard.

As someone who cut their teeth musically to Maiden, Metallica and Megadeth back in the 80's this song ROCKS.

I was born in the early 70’s. I have seen a lot of bands come and go. Many with great talent, but just no drive. The first time I heard these guys, I thought “let’s hope the rest of their music is just as good…” Gotta say, Nickleback keeps getting better 😎😎😎😎

Everything gets better with AGE!!

First time I saw Nickelback was in 99 when they opened for the Headstones, killed it. Again in 2001 opening for Everclear. They blew the roof off the building as the opening act putting Everclear to shame. Love these guys and this is what rock and roll is supposed to sound like.

They are heads and shoulders above anybody in this genre. Their songs actually have some kind of meaning chorus versus old-school rock….love these guys…

They're the ONLY ones left in this genre. Think of the rock in the early 2000s. There is no one left but them. They'll be recognized as one of the great music acts years from now by the laymen. I recognize them as that now.

Chad really looks like James Hetfield on this video, all dressed in black and playing an explorer guitar. Another great Nickelback album. Get Rollin' sounds like the albums they released during the 00s. I love it !

I love Nickelback and I don’t care what anyone says about it.. They’re an amazing band.. my dad introduced me to them when I was 6 or 7 and they were my first concert and it was incredible.. All the hate they get is ridiculous and doesn’t make any sense to me.. I can understand some people not liking their music but that doesn’t explain all the online hate.. it’s mind boggling..
