I recently saw the video from the social media seminar at DJ Expo, and found this interaction that happened, worthy of discussion.

Nick has come such a long way. I went to highschool with homie and let me tell you something …. He has put in SO much work to get to where he is today. I actually envy him bc I wish I had the drive that he has. this man has put blood sweat and tears into his work. Keep being great brother !!

Thank you for showcasing the video Pri Yon Joni! Well said & Nick has put in the work, tried different things. With that he found his voice & resonates with his audience. So this “panel crasher” is exactly what’s wrong with people selling social media growth. Keep up the great work!

Banzai Cova!!! lol Keep up the great work!
I’ll be 54 years old in a couple of weeks, and I’ve been a Pro DJ for over 30 years! Even with all of that experience, I’m still learning from younger DJ’s like you and Nick. I stumbled onto both of your channels after finding Cleveland Terry and you guys, are always teaching me something new or re-enforcing things I know. I don’t know who that guy was in the panel who crashed it, but I’d never follow a guy like that. Nick was right and thank you for pointing that out. Really appreciate what you guys do!
💯💯💯💯
This is gold. Appreciate you sharing this and breaking it down for those who where not there.

Thanks Jason!
To us DJs we have to support what we do with fun of music, Pri and nick and rachael y'all are my favorite DJs, I love being in this DJ community of helping people out with great ideas, no matter what we always going to support each other ✊🏻✊🏼✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿💯💯💯💯💯
"Follow for Follow" was a big thing back in the MySpace era of social media. It has always been pathetic. I follow you because I find what you do interesting and to learn.
It’s your personalities that keep me coming back. Nicks got you all beat with his face expressions though. You guys are all great, thanks for all your content.
I have also been enjoying watching Nicks DJ friend Santi, some really good insight into American night life and DJ perspective on various relevant content
Greatly APPRECIATE ALL OF your guy's handwork!! So much I've learned throughout the years !!
Really great video!!
Nick is unique, such as you Pri. Great interesting content and personality, is why we follow you.

Really appreciate it!
i agree, but unfortunately i've made many experiences in the DJ world where fakeness and bootlicking get rewarded.
I’m glad you made this video, this is the first time I’ve seen that Nick situation but my respect for Nick grew tenfold and also for you covering this. I don’t even have a channel that I post to I’m just a watcher but I can tell you your attitude and nicks’ is exactly what professionals do and I applaud you for it
Great factual points...well said‼️💯👍🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
Yeah Joni I remeber when you started out the channel. I useto think why this talented guy did not have a mass influx of followers. But i realised hard work and patience pay off. Now your channe is off the chain. Thanks for all the educational info and contents you been putting out
Great video
This is the most goat video ever EVERYONE FOLLOW THIS ADVICE. PERIOD.
Great vid kuya!
Well said!
That’s crazy.
Greetings Pri yon Joni. Sorry, it's been a while since I have been on your channel. Just got back from a successful trip to Toronto. I'm glad you posted this video for I am getting back into Vlogging. Before I was a DJ, I had a successful blog but have to quit for health reasons. Now, I getting into the Vlogging world. Pretty much using the format from my blog and putting myself out there on Twitch, FB, and KZread. In addition, I will be doing a monthly show where I play House music. As for the vlog, it will be live and it will be me getting my thoughts out. I saw this video and Tweak Music Tips vid about the Panel Crasher. What Nick said was 100% correct. Short cuts hurt you more than it helps. Yes, the guy may get the follows he wants but are they real? Another thing, what if some of those followers found out what he was doing. There go his followers. I know what it takes to build content or have people follow you. I think of it in this matter. I want those who really have an interest in what I say and the music I play. If you build it, they will come.
Well said love the content
This is such a good video, very motivating. Finally, "have your own take on things and do the work" is put in perspective - though you still have to align with the taste of the audience out there. I do have a question though: How do you deal with fake account followers (I do get quite a few hot lot looking women over at Twitter and Instagram is full of face comments promoting spammy services), as they won't interact with your content, so these actually do harm the trending algorithm, right?
that shirt is fire! Looks like the Filipino sun
Can you make more content about stumbling ur words & post editing? That hit me hard! Big reason I haven’t started posting yet is cause of that. Would love a long video from you about all the excuses that you pushed past!
I hate when DJ's ask me to like the company page they have. Zero reason I should like another DJ companies facebook page.
Hi I like what you said, as being only a follower, I follow a few DJs , and the reason that I followed them is when I listen to them I found an interesting that made me want to follow them further. I personally don't comment on people I don't follow, I will give out likes on people I don't follow I have never given out a dislike if I did not find interesting what I was listening to or looking at then I would not watch them again
Galing Naman!!! Outstanding content; Useful in every situation as well sincere and real! Quality versus quantity even with modern digital world; basics of life is still important!
awesome shirt, where can i get one?
Nick always seems genuine on his KZread videos. Glad he let that looser know he was wrong for doing shit like that.
I hate when djs post like they the one dj'ing my packed event.
Nick Spinelli is BOSS❤️
nick is a boss. ion follow nobody i don't have interest in. theres a ratio. you're also wrecking your own feed for what?
pri nice shirt. are you a filipino?
I never understood, Follow for Follow. It lowers your "actual/realistic" engagement rate. I have played the "Grow your Followers" game to get Affiliate on Twitch, it kills the fun. That being said, love your content. Good Critical Thinking Content of what is actual "growth". Growth isn't linear or exponential. It is just good ol' work at the end of the day.
