Ride the 60s the two t's on the baseline if you just hit back and forth to the two t's on the baseline stay consistent and don't go for a winner keeping the ball deep this is what it took to beat the computer at the hardest level just being steady not making any unforced tears and not going for winners but just moving the player back and forth back

Taking the ball on the rise yeah I read his book The footwork and taking the ball on the rides and having attacked and style of tennis somewhere to Andre Agassi his book really goes over how if you take the ball early that you need to close the racket face and you need to have good footwork and take the ball early on the rise so it's attacking style of tennis they're really going after the ball

Yeah the book says to keep his upper body and head still at the same time that you're moving your lower body is really into a elliptical loop that keeps your eye and ball with them close proximity so that you have better tracking once I did the elliptical sea abbreviated loop on my forehand start really cracking the ball especially when I start taking it early and getting the top spin back coming over it really starting to crack the ball like I did back when I was 20 it's too bad I didn't meet with him 30 years ago I could have done some real damage

Yeah you have to be the size of having a Target in mind before you hit it that split step and hit to your target follow through it's kind of like don't think about it just do it

Is service technique is toss in line with the shoulder of the flat and the kick and his explanation of where the power is generated from ground force so when I went out today to practice my server I was just hitting bullets I couldn't believe it I hadn't played in months but that correction of my ball toss and the Benny the knees extending them and taking the emphasis really off of the wrist snap but just making the whole entire service actually one unit and having a precise Ball toss really adds up to a lot of power cuz the power is generated from the legs ground up a lot of people are trying to teach that they can be on their knees and generate 120 mph serves but I don't believe that's the case like he says everything's from the ground up energy is and that's transmitted the power of the service from the bending the legs and straightening them there is really really right and once I got the ball toss right it was just a bullet

Yeah picking your spots you can know what targets to go to by the position you are on the court your opponent hits a short angle then you got your two short angle targets if you're on the baseline you got your two deep targets opposite corners then you got your drop shots right next to the net so you got your six t's your operating

Is split and then you explode you go after the ball take it on The rise and hit that top spin and that is really the big shot you should not thinking you're just going after that ball attack style of tennis it's like a tiger who attacks

What's that low stance you know strengthen the knees kind of like shell and Kung fu I was reading about you know how we change stances in our defensive stances attack stances how Shaolin wushu you go from one stance to another stance tennis is about the same it's like you're going to close stance and a square stance and a open stance the same thing it's like different footwork being stable having a good base getting low hitting through the ball and it's a lot like Kung fu

It's like a gunslinger when I played tennis 20 years ago I was thinking too much overhead and going for the winners impatient you know if I just stuck it out and been patient knowing the targets didn't think so much it had a decision of where I wanted to go with that ball before I hit it and just attacked and went for it it would have been a lot faster game and I would have won a lot more mattress a slow mind is a slow body

Yeah looking at that net tape and then going okay I got to hit this for a feet over it no it's a spot on the court that your guide that way you know where you're at you look at that net you take that ball early and hit it over that nap to your targets your teeth
