Simply, select what you want in channel rack and then you click on the tiny arrow in the top left of channel rack, and click on transpose selected

First u gotta select the sounds or melodies that u want to pitch, then on the top left of the channel rack you got a lil arrow icon, you click on that and go transpose. Then you have to write manually for how many semitones u wanna go up or down (ex: +2/-2)
