No one on here can even begin to understand what pain Nick is going through. All the haters need to just stop hating on Nick. Yes, siblings can have issues and take out restraining orders. That doesn’t mean that they love each other any less. It just means that they are setting boundaries. Mental health and addiction are real issues that affects not only the person dealing with it, but family members as well. Nick is dealing with his grief the best way he knows how - through music. Total respect and admiration for everyone who knew Aaron.

I grew up listening to and watching Nick and Aaron together. Aaron was struggling so much later on and Nick tried so damned hard to help him. The death of Aaron hit me hard too. The fact that Nick put in home videos, you just know. You JUST know. And you can tell by the vocals Nick does that he HURTS, ALOT. This song brought tears to my eyes everytime I watch it. I bet Nick did cry while making this tribute.

My 2 Sons and saw his solo show in Lexington, Kentucky on October 4th, and also got to meet him, as we did Aaron after his show at the MN Zoo show in 2019, and this song brought me to tears when Nick performed it.

There definitely is comfort in knowing Aaron’s at peace now. This world was so cruel to him, starting with his parents. All he ever wanted was love. When he was shown love he ran from it because he didn’t trust it because it would always end in heartbreak. But Nick’s love for him never faltered.

Been a die hard BSB fan since "Everybody" came out.Cant believe Aaron is no more with us,its such a big shock for all of us who hold Aaron close to their hearts 💜😭 The song is beautiful beyond words,heart-touching lyrics.I am on the same page as Nick,lost my eldest sibling to brain haemorrhage in 2001 followed by another loss of my unborn brother.Moving on with this heartache is the hardest part of my existence,feels like half of me is gone 😢 everything in my life took a backseat.I just couldn't concentrate on anything,had to take a year off my academic learning.

I love this song, it made me cry the first time I heard it and it made me think of my cousin that I also lost at the age of 34. I know it's not the same Nick Carter but I do understand your pain to an extent. We dont know what happened to my cousin either. The Carter Family as whole had their share of drama, dysfunction, and loss. Their parents divorcing, being pushed to be in the entertainment industry in a young age for Nick, Aaron, and even Leslie. Unfortunately, they lost Leslie due to OD in 2012.. she was struggling back then too. I don’t blame them for having addictions and just trauma. Even for their other siblings who tried to stay away from the spotlight, but their family drama and issues is splashed in every tabloid magazine and media outlet. Now, the tragic passing of Aaron and there’s still people talking like they know everything about the Carter Family. It is NONE OF OUR BUSINESS. Family have issues and problems.. just like all of us. There’s some who have even worse!! Sometimes setting boundaries and taking care of their own mental health/struggles is what they have to do for the other family member to get better. My point is… family is still family and they are still a part of you no matter what and it will STILL HURT WHEN THEY PASS AWAY. You will still grieve or still be angry or feel guilt too. I also heard that Nick and Aaron were finally making amends to work things out.. but then again.. it is not our business if they did or not. Creating a song for Aaron is his way of dealing with the grief and sadness. I don’t understand why ppl want to drag him for it, he is a musician/singer..this is also his way to celebrate/honor his brother too.

I just watched a documentary on Aaron that just came out on Hulu and it featured AJ and near the end he said that Aaron's death was even harder on Nick because they had both just reached out to each other in the hopes of reconciliation and unfortunately Aaron passed before they could

This song has helped me heal after 36 years after my brother's death. His sister name was Leslie.

Leslie passed in 2012, 10 years before Aaron. I knew Nick and Aaron had a turbulent relationship, esp. as depicted on "House Of Carters", but had always hoped they'd mend fences. I can only imagine how Nick must feel, knowing that he did his best, but probably thinking he could have done more. Aaron died way too soon, I hope he's finally at peace. 💖

My two aunts' relationship almost the same as Nick & Aaron.They have not been in touch for a long time let alone going to each other's house despite living in the same country England. My eldest aunt and uncle have distanced themselves from us,we've tried to stay connected online but they're just not interested 😢 i wonder why do i have such ppl in my family,we've done no wrong to them,just for a minor issue they're making it a big deal.

We will never know the truth of their relationship. It Hurts To Love You says a lot about the situation. I'm sure that will always be an open wound. If you look at the videos of him performing when Aaron passed Nick was hurt. But we can have different thoughts on it all.

Aaron threatened to physically harm his wife and unborn child. IDGAF who the hell you are. You threaten anyone that I love, you're dead to me. ESPECIALLY if you threaten my kids. He's lucky all he got slapped with was a restraining order. Aaron was a trainwreck and didn't take an ounce of responsibility for his shortcomings. He could have chosen to take rehab seriously. He could have accepted the help he was offered countless times. He didn't do either of those things. His passing is tragic. But blaming Nick or the rest of his family is utterly laughable and only adds to their grief and pain. Do yourself a favor and learn the facts before you speak.

What else was Nick supposed to do? Aaron threatened Angel too, by saying he'd send hit men to her home. I'm sure it hurt to take such extremes, but Nick had to protect Lauren and his unborn child.
