as a realtor, I'm sure you want to make the most money from your product, to that end, you must impress upon your government the need to end break-ins. to search out the root of such crimes and the punish those involved in any type of theft. looking at razor wire, electrified fencing, high walls, bars on windows does not look attractive to many buyers, good grief. living in a prison does not appeal to many people. grass, trees, flowers, are also valuable to a property. but, paved streets, street lights, clean streets, clean neighborhood, low to no crime, clean water, sewage systems, these are a things that realtors need to unite and petition the local and national governments for. those are the things that increase property value.
