What adjustments would an American expat have to make, when it comes the difference of these properties and their amenities compared to what is found in one of US Major cities?

As much space in the bathrooms there could be a bathtub in at least one of them.

It is. You also have to be careful who you do business with.

Now that Rwanda is forcing vaccination on its citizens what are your take on that Or u gonna move to another country cos without vaccinated u can't enter restaurant...transport buses etc..

Burundi appears to be less strict when it comes to wearing masks, I hope Rwanda can also relax the covid19 rhetoric
