Why can’t we stop at x = log 45/log5.? It comes to the same value and its many steps shorter.

Lol. I got the same answer in one minute. But since it's a YT video, I tried to solve it for 30 minutes to find a much "clever" Solution without using log.😂

Whyen the fraction was (log 5 + log 9)/ log 5. If we crossed out the log 5 and were left with log 9, would we still get the same answer

Hi, you can’t cancel the log 5 because it’s not a factor. For example. ab/b. You can cancel b. But (a+b)/ b. You can’t cancel. Put some numbers in and try it, eg 5. and 2.
