Thanks Adrian , not the sort of vlogs we want to do but feel we have to try and get our lives back in some sort of order We are dealing with some tough challenging days and the road is bumpy here n there but were keeping our feet on the ground to get him into nest stage

Looks great there , nice of them to give you somewhere to stay so you can be close to your son Hope he’s getting better ❤

It's been a huge help that the NHS trust has provided us with accommodation Wendy as we live 40 miles from the James cook hospital .there's Doctors and other medical professionals staying in the apartments. Things are getting better just waiting for the next stage of treatment. Hopefully not too long to wait. Thanks again for your lovely message ❤️ xx

Dear Chelle and Pete, Thank you for the update, I wish you both and your son lots of strength, recovery and lots of love. I have been following you on your holidays for a year now and enjoy what you show. What a relief that you can stay close to your son and not have to travel back and forth. Here in the Netherlands we have Ronald McDonald houses for families where a child is sick and parents do not have to travel far. This takes away a lot of stress and makes it nice to be close to your child. Once more; lots of strength and recovery. Love you!

Thank you Jans for taking the time to message us . It's a really tough time for us all at the hospital. Good and bad days at the moment but you are right staying on the hospital grounds is making things easier as our home is 40 miles away. Yeah we were supposed to be overseas now but for obvious reasons had to cancel all plans. Thank you again Jans for dropping us a message from your country. Really appreciate it ❤️ xx

Thank you Harry ❤️. Haha no pool in our accommodation however there's an indoor pool in the hospital. Sadly me and chelle can't use it tho 😕. Thanks again for taking the time to message us with your lovely support. By the way we do have a complaint and issues with the hospital area but that will be on another vlog when we get round to it 👍

People complain about the NHS but it’s a fantastic service all free that we don’t want to loose,brilliant hospitals have these facilities ,sounds like your sons going in the right direction ,love to you all x

Ally the NHS are amazing , we can’t fault the staff at all for the care or support the ones involved have given us , altho we can often get a bit frustrated at some things , they know best

Happy to hear your son on the way to recovery Thank you for the tour. I went to similar ended up with a triple bypass 10 weeks later back to work as engineer like I day by day

Hello Graham thanks for your lovely comment of support. Yeah we've been speaking to quite a few patients in the unit with heart ❤️ issues. Loads waiting for bypass ops .you see and learn a lot We unfortunately are dealing with a bit more than his heart issues sadly but we are here with him keeping him going

Pete & chelle so happy to hear your son is improving.. its great that ye are on site and don't have to travel to & from hospital as that would be much harder for ye ..Keep smiling and try to do the vlogs when ye can as ye need to keep occupied. ..Mind yourselves ❤️

Hi tricia our son was 31 gone Thursday, he’s selling with a lot right now and we feel being here with him is a big help to him , we both know he’s on the best care but he has a lot of other issues that makes him challenging, we can get phone calls anytime of day to go to him even tho we are there a lot anyway, he needs to know we’re there
