I didnt' see the game, just the highlights. But going from that alone, we have the struggling Nylander line getting one at 5v5, Sammy stopping 25/26 (about .965 SV%), and Reilly and Marner, setting up Matthews for the game winner! Those are some sick points for this team. Samsonov can be criticized so hard, and it's amazing seeing him play well! I hope he understands that there are literally MILLIONS of people wishing him the best, and hoping for his continued success.

Matthews is looking to be a for sure winner of the Maurice “Rocket” Richard Trophy

UPL is just a monster right now. It's a shame the Sabres are so far away from the playoffs. UPL would do some serious damage being this white hot.

This game only had 2 best parts, and they were both in OT. Some seriously painful watching the first 3 periods. Reilly once again backing way the F off letting the shooter walk in and zing it past sammy. 37, that I had some hope for when 44 was out, just can not play or keep up.

I watched it back he even has a second d man with him a buddy was all alone. Guy is becoming a serious liability on the back end. Might be time to trade him for a defensive dman. With Lilly coming and that other offensive Finnish defender we drafted topila or something time to shake it up imo. We cant beat Boston Florida and can barely beat the Sabres at home.😢😮

Yes very poor changes too often with Keefe as coach. Remember Boston gave Cassidy his walking papers after way more success than Keefe. The Bruins have standards and a culture of not taking a night off. If only they could solve winning in the Finals, 6-14 when getting to the Final 2, but at least they make Finals regularly, what’s Toronto’s excuse??😂
