Idk if he flopped. Maybe. But you should have seen the preds Reddit thread crying about no call on Svech. Like really? He’s not even looking at him when he hits him, he’s naturally skating back toward the play when the puck goes in, they collide by accident while he’s not looking. And if it was intentional he wouldn’t have fallen like a sack of potatoes and looked completely caught by surprise. I saw a preds fan say “he rose from a crouched position to hit Nyquist.” No. He rose from an athletic stance because the puck went in the back of the net. And then he wasn’t looking and he skated into Nyquist’s path. Reading that thread made me think that Nashville must have the most uneducated hockey fanbase in the NHL. Good lord. And complaining about penalties, like there weren’t missed calls both ways and we didn’t get penalized over and over in the second period 😂

@@fusedzamasu718 Dawg almost every goal he allowed was a deflection goal. No goalie can react fast enough to stop a deflection

@DrSamwpepper this isn't all that bad. Canes had lucky bounces on all of their goals plus the preds D left Saros out to dry all night. Plus the canes aren't a division opponent, if we can secure the bag against the Jets and Stars for the next couple of matchups we'll make the playoffs
Canes won't make it past the 2nd round, maybe not even the 1st round.

@@yuggi23dude the Canes offense has been doing well. Kooch was overworked so he crashed and burned in the Islanders game but the Canes offense did bring it within one. The attack has been doing pretty well right now and Kooch is standing strong in net.
