Canucks in 7. Oilers can’t hold on to leads, they let the Canucks come back from a three goal deficit and a two goal deficit both in third period. You can’t keep doing that and win a series. Oilers are a bad team and with all that talent you would think they could control the play up by two or more goals.

  • @lilpigboy

Agreed, I'd roll with the hot hand (Pickard). Edmonton is an offensively dominant team. They don't need a goalie to stand on their head, they just need solid and consistent. They are usually good for scoring 3-5 goals most every night and win games with 2 or 3 goals allowed

Skinner in Vancouver too, crowd would chant Skinnerrrrrrrrr and get in his head from the start. I like Knobbbloch but if he starts Skinner, he should be fired. Especially after he didn't use a timeout in game 1 when he was still up 4-3... they would have won

With each passing game, I think it is showing that the Canucks aren’t built for the playoffs and are probably very lucky to have gotten out of the first round. EP40 has all but disappeared, Mikheyev needs to be scratched, and when I have watched other series they all just seem to play visibly faster. The Canucks have talent, but somehow look like they’re playing in slow motion.
