I think the Kraken logo they used is a reference to the Seattle Sonics logo while incorporating a piece the alt Kraken logo of the Space Needle . Also not my cup of tea personally, but a cool callback! Respect.

Neil, the logo on the Chicago shoulders is the Chicago Municipal device, it’s built into a lot off the architecture in the City. The split that creates the peace symbol represents the split of the river that runs through the city.

That might be the best Leafs concept that I've ever seen. It's always nice to see a tertiary colour added to their jersey and a different shade of blue looks great.

Those worked so well. Those are all *AMAZING* and I want all of them.

As a Leafs' fan, I'm disappointed week after week with designs for our team (not that I can offer any better ideas for Original 6 teams) This jersey I would buy immediately. Absolutely gorgeous, reimagined jersey.

Love the Minnesota, Arizona, Houston, Toronto and Colombus ones. They defy appeal to me the most.

My view on these concepts: ANAHEIM: Absolutely love that logo redesign ARIZONA: Another top logo design BOSTON: Can't call that a Pooh Bear, it's looking more dignified this time BUFFALO: Lovely to see the Goathead in a blue jersey CALGARY: Interesting interpretation of the logo CAROLINA: Something throwing me off this jersey, it must be the grey COLUMBUS: The new logo is quite striking, and the off-white is a good choice CHICAGO: Fantastic logo! COLORADO: This is quite a clean design, I like it DALLAS: Day-glo Mooterus, no bad thing DETROIT: I don't normally go for wordmarks accompanying main logos, but this one seems okay to me EDMONTON: Too much Reebok influence for my tastes FLORIDA: They need to absolutely use this as an alternate HOUSTON: Pardon the pun here, but this jersey would absolutely fly! I'm in agreement with almost this entire set of opinions.. noticed that about the Blues as well. did like the color thought.

Quite a few good looking jerseys here that I’d buy. My question is, why is it seemingly so hard for someone to come up with a GOOD looking alternate or concept jersey for Edmonton? They did have other colors in their history other than blue, orange and white.

For the updated Tampa logo, was that maybe to look like the state of Florida? It's either the panhandle at the top, or it's forming a T, and I can't decide which.

Kudos liked these except for Canes Sharks blew me away I would love seeing that sweater and the stanley cup awarded someday.. Bruins were great Well done and bring on the Aeros.

God, that blue in the Panthers jersey is a cheat code. I fucking love it. Edit: pretty sure that Lightning shoulder patch is meant to pay homage to Gasparilla.

Colorado stopped using foot shoulder patch shortly after droping Hershey as the AHL team in the early 2000's

My fav was Ottawa that one was sick and that hurts to say right now being a wings fan 😂

Some excellent designs! Only a couple misses for me. Please - somebody redesign the Hurricanes' oval disaster of a logo.

-Anaheim logo looks like a glorified pig, which is the boar and the sticks resemble tusks to me. Kinda strange -Zona! 10/10. Absolute 10/10. Light me on fire this is good -Boston a miss -Buffalo, great addition of yellow in the logo. Striping was a fresh new idea -Calgary, looks like a painter spilled his white paint on a red rug by accident then tried to clean it up. Yikes -Carolina, most of it is meh, same old, the logo is intriguing though -Columbus those arms and shoulders are pretty well done. I can’t do that logo though. It’s too cartoony -Chicago, exact same opinion as Columbus -Colorado jersey is slick, like the darker shading -Dallas colour concept is something I’m up for, this one got a bit convoluted for me as there were too many competing ideas. I prefer this idea in part rather than as a whole -Detroit was quite the effort. For me it wasn’t bad or good. A bit busy, but I appreciate the effort…I’m not wondering if a silver shading in them there wings wouldn’t help pop it 3D like and give it some texture -Oilers, next -Florida, I liked the RR in baby blue, but the logo doesn’t suit this primary colour for me. I do like the logo though and shoulder are pretty tight -Houston - I can’t find anything wrong or anything great, there’s really no reference -Los Angeles - This is actually a really good effort, I’m just getting SHL vibes though, which is cool in its own right. Nice colour ratio in this -Minnesota is solid all around, if anything the logo might be lacking a bit, but it’s still good -Montréal - love it period -New Jersey is a nope -Nashville, like the colour scheme, not a fan of the logo -NYI was standard -NYR - standard, but at least the liberty popped -Ottawa logo gives me real heritage vibes -Philadelphia, I just don’t care for this one -Pittsburgh I thought was pretty sharp -San Jose was too cartoony -Seattle is the same as above, too cartoony, next -St. Louis colour scheme is on point, logo is decent, not great -Tampa Bay looks stellar. Quite sharp. There’s a slight fade in the end of the bolts down the sleeves - that’s a nice subtlety -Toronto blue and the light blue work well and the detail in the shoulder sets it apart nicely from other Toronto jerseys -Vancouver, nope gtfo with that, it’s an abuse of great Canuck colours -Vegas, okay, I guess, if it’s in a video game?? Good creative effort though -Winnipeg is allll good with tha logo. Very classic -Washington is aces, very nice up, down, left, right and centre. Love them colours for the Caps. Good job

Since the Houston Aeros appeared, I would love to see modern versions of defunct/extinct teams, like the Minnesota North Stars, the Hartford Whalers and the Quebec Nordiques.

Atlanta Thrashers 100%. I still have one of their old Thunderbird alts, that design is absolutely timeless. Also, a personal pick, I'd love to see a modern take on the old Austin Ice Bats now that Austin is starting to generate some buzz as maybe being a viable market for an NHL team.

@@chrisx9624 Panthers fan, while I do like the panther shield we have nowadays (I even refer to it as "Gigachad Panther"), the menacing jumping panther we had was much better. It was literally an icon, the whole mystique behind Vanbiesbrouck's mask. I like both symbols, but, dear God, why do we need minimalist stuff? Now the only team that still retains some of that early 2000s feel are the Capitals

@@chrisx9624 The star-shaped Dallas Stars jersey was amazing, coming from that arrival from Minnesota. Probably one of the best jerseys ever, and yes, the Reebok era was amazing.

Something about the Canes one feels off, but I am in favor of the gray base and the ideas have potential. As far as that Kraken jersey, he basically robbed the idea off the Seattle Supersonics NBA team. I want to say it was the logo in-use before they moved to Oklahoma City.

Seeing this quality of concepts from your audience just reinforces my distaste for the real teams and lazy ideas they’ve put out over the last decade 5-6 years. There have a been a few good ones but the average quality here is better than the real teams have put out for sure.

Before watching. If there are any colors other than red or white on the Detroit jersey, you lose me After watching. They got the red and white!... but meh
