The song is about a guy who is sick, but when he goes to hospital they tell him there is nothing wrong with him. He then goes to the girl he once dated and he asks her how many men were you dating while dating me. The girls tells him there were two. He then goes to the girl he dated after the first. He asks the same question. The woman says she dated three other men. He says you have destroyed my life. Dont you know you should have dated only me? In the end he goes to his current girlfriend and asks if he is the only one she is dating. The woman says," my darling, let me just tell you the truth, they are far too many I cant even count them"
