Nga Puna o Waiorea never ever disappoint. The Sops are always flawless, as are this roopu's harmonies. The manukura tane - his sound and tone has that old school vibe and he deserved to win his title. Manukura wahine - epitome of mana wahine. The ladies - always stong with their vocals and the young men match them and balance the entire group. Angitu is in good hands for the future with the juniors from Waiorea that's for sure. Now go get that national title. You're consistently top 3. Go get the big one. You absolutely deserve it.

Bahahaah Ngā Tapuwae wouldnt even be able to scratch Waioreas Ass. Waiorea has been dominating the secondary scene for over a decade and Ngā Tapuwae only makes it to nationals because they started their own competition and do not want to partake in Polyfest.

I wouldn’t say so. Many Christians take part in kapa haka and God is often mentioned throughout the chants, prayers or “Karakia” in maori. In this specific performance i’m not sure what God is being mentioned, but nothings being glorified besides the appreciation of our culture. I’m curious as to what made you ask that.
