Especially in the Italian rally Style thing where you raced at night in the lambo However GT6 was harder especially online because of me going 370 Km/h in my perfectly tuned Aventador and some dude would STILL overtake me at almost twice the speed in a Supra. And the kid that can't drive yet uses the Tomahawk X and crashes onto anyone, especially crashing into my Ruf BTR. Good times

@@Haviair9951 Which m3 are you taking about, e92 or e46? Because all of them, Viper, M3 e46, M3 e92 sound accurate comparing to the actual cars. I have to tell you, no other NFS had as good engine sounds as Prostreet.

@@verttisyrjala2897 e46 uses m3_c and viper_eng. Idk about the other m3 but I could check for you. It's all in the sound files, you just have to use nfs VLTed

I remember reading an article in a playstaion magazine about ProStreet, devs talked about how much time they put into making the smoke look realistic and reduce your ability to see, similarly to how the dust kicks up. So yeah, ProStreet has my vote!

Damn dude, just recently managed to see your channel in my recommendations cuz literally 1 week ago I decided to replay this brilliant NFS part with legal racing after almost 7 or 8 years later since the last launch of it. And right now, in my 23 y.o. - I driving like some real pro driver, not like when I was a kid, where I didn't know about brakes, about controlling your speed, short or long turns and etc.. Like, I really feeling every car I have in my garage, every tuning I making and on the race track - I'm unstoppable. Even fucking and cursed Nevada took my totalled cars just about 3 or 4 times for all championships. Honestly. My Bugatti on speed races laughing in Nevada, Tokyo & Ebisu faces XD Every weekend got 25 tokens on the both damage lvls. Took out all kings besides Ryo, he's next and final step to completing this awesome game on 100% once again. But back in those times - it was really hard and almost unreal to get myself at such position where I am right now. And your content fully describes all dat feelings and emotions I had in the childhood. Thank you for this vids, very cool!

no it's not, most of the cars tend to understeer, which is really unrealistic and adds tons of fake difficulty to the game

So this came up in my recommendations. I gotta say, this is so dumb and I loved every second of it. This is such an underrated NFS game and i love that your playing it still. I loved the insane amount of customization that you could do to your cars. Great video my dude.

If your car manage to do the barrel roll without touching the ground, the game won't consider it totaled, and you can continue the race after some seconds

Car damage/crashing is the most satisfying thing to exist in the game

I like how the smoke stays longer in Prostreet than in Heat but Heat's smoke behaves on how/where the wind is blowing and has better textures (obviously). I wish we could have both. Imagine if you can make a huge cloud of smoke in Heat.

4:15 The amazing thing is, and I think we all experienced this at least one, if you go off a dune and do a flip whatever, and the game rolls the totaled camera, if your car somehow lands on all fours cleanly and the* game dosen't call you out for totaling, it'll just let you resume racing. Just outta curiousity as a community, I was wondering if its happened to any of us?

Yes it will happens when the totalled camera activated but ended up landing perfectly without the roof hitting the road.

My favourite nfs!

Actually the best NFS -game I've played. Maybe a bit too arcadish in places, but playing with a Thrustmaster T500 RS, a Golf GTI with many special parts was a blast to drive. When sliding or overpowering the front wheels you really felt it on the steering as it came very loose. Still waiting for a part two. Shift had worse graphics in many parts (at same tracks) and it really killed the mood. It would really make sense to develop a new ProStreet. Imagine something like noprep, burnout contests, half mile and mile speed records on top of the original with a pinch of realism. By the way, in Undercover there is an easter egg where someone starts reporting on the police radio about a driver, who is not co-operating and wont take his helmet off, by the name of Ryan Cooper.
