NFS Payback Mod - Enabled Damage Scale on AI Cars + Hidden Police Pursuit Event [1080p60]

This video spotlights two mods I wanted to demonstrate: AI cars afflicting damage and a cut escape point pursuit event.
Allow me to clarify on the first mod; basically, AI cars are incapable of damaging each other (except the Rhino and the Ford Explorer), if you're driving a police car and ram into one of the other police cars or house enforcers, they won't take any hits to their health. So, I made it so that all AI cars can damage each other like with any regular car (I also have damage scale dialed up to 11, so I can take out the AI with one tap like in my last video). This also applies to the AI between themselves, not just me ramming into them, they can take each other out as well now
The second mod featured in this video is a cut escape point event. It's titled Cop Feature Test Event, which obviously suggests that it's some sort of test for the police system, and it would certainly seem so; this event has a fuckton of cops, way more than any other police event. It also has spike strips, roadblocks and rhinos spawning much more frequently than in any other pursuit event. Honestly, pursuits should be more like this, because it is a lot of fun

I want to see you roam around the map in this event for 30 minutes (as a homage to a certain MW event) with the MW M3 GTR and vanilla damage settings. Police chases are so much more entertaining with a fuckton of cops, and it seems the time limit was never implemented.

On another note Joe did a great job on the pursuit OST.
I would enjoy pursuits like this, be nice to feel like a bad mofo in a game. Instead we have super cops that push you around like paper and have 5 million horsepower

I have a question for you do the police cars and SWAT Vans and all the other type of police vehicles that you get in the game do they actually have lights and sirens if they do can you let me know
I'm just sitting here waiting patiently for the other 2 cop cars (Dodge charger srt8 and Chevrolet Corvette GS) to become the next abandoned cars like the ford crown victoria.

I'm fairly certain they won't, since the Crown Victoria they gave away is an alternate, nerfed version of the AI car, specifically made as a player car. No such variations exists for any other police car, and the June 2018 update will likely be Payback's last major update
With the proper damage modifier, this looks like MW

The amount of cops in this event is what Heat's open world pursuits should have. Heat allows up to 7 cop cars to chase, which is a little underwhelming, would make for a fun day/night pursuit.

in response to #2, the Crown Vic released as an abandoned car is a separate model from the one in this video. That Crown Vic is specifically made for us players and works like any other player car, this Crown Vic is the AI variant which features better performance and no offroad physics, which means it loses no speed when driving offroad
