That’s rubber banding in a nutshell for ya.

When I activate it in the game I just push my chair a little back and I feel every moment of the turbo, full with excitement and adrenaline, like it's not on my monitor, like I am in that car.

Lol Rivals turbo had the same sound of Hot Pursuit but the sound has turned all the way down because it's set in an open-world setting.

I remember when initiated that turbo for the first time. Mind-blowing experience as a child.

I can only say one thing before the sound of the turbo: "it's the best fucking ASMR I can listen to before sleeping"

If both of you were already at top speed, Turbo doesn't do much. After all, it only boosts acceleration, not top speed. Also, police have more potent nitrous (but consumes more than racers'). A full nitrous bottle (of police) is equal to Turbo of ¾ duration. Also, Seacrest Country Police Department have hypercars. @24W8

Having played the original and remastered, this is truly satisfying...I never regretted playing the remastered.

pretty damn fast helicopter.

I'm starting to believe most things that hit hard from default go from "Anti-tank rifle recoil" to "You just shoot a raw chicken out of the Gustav" when there's a small pause.

After all that you managed to get further ahead of 2nd place by 0.07 seconds

if anyone has a car and play this, go slow in the low gear, like 30 mph, then when the sound drops, and the turbo kicks in, floor it and push back into your seat. mostly likely you would keep you foot on the throttle for the duration. it is fun as hell

Burnout 2: Point of Impact had the BEST boost sound effect from all racing games, in my opinion. You boost, your field of view slightly increases, the music becomes louder, your engine roars and your speed just gets higher and higher! Such a great feeling! Makes you feel like you have so much power under that one button.
