So does the RSR on the highways and the sole reason I've been using it alot more. The Evo IX is the only one who can beat the RSR in terms of lap times but it's too stiff in the corners for my taste so I take the RSR any day of the week. Plus, it outruns the cops on heat level 5 with ease.

The max speed for all cars in nfs Heat is 394 km/h, except for Regera it is 400+ The best car in Heat and Payback is porsche 911 rsr. (can take the track in the shortest time, except for straight tracks, where Reger wins).

@@ninobrown90 top speed yes it’s faster, but I mean faster in the sense that the pagani runs faster times. Especially on tracks like Columbia where it’s long straight aways. The regera times suck because it only changes 1 gear. Other than that yea the top speed is crazy and the design is cool

I guess you don’t upgrade higher than elite+ because my m3 gtr max speed is 400 and rsr is higher than 400.

you can make the bmw m3 even faster with another engine but it wont have the iconic whine 😢

I'm just completely confused. I've engine swapped my Ferrari 488 and my Hurricane Lambo, both are at 400+ and have over all good stats with ultimate+ parts. But yet, with these circuit races I've been gettin gapped by just about any car. I understand the Porsche is the fastest for some dumb reason, but like all of these muscle cars are blowin past me like I'm goin 30 mph. I just don't understand what's going on. And how the v12 engine swapped rides are getting blown by from classic cars. Nothing makes sense on here anymore haha

pretty sure the evo wasnt on maxed its 1.66 seconds 0-100 in the game with drag tires and biturbo
