Love how Sirianni got top notch guys for the job. If we have a top notch offense which I’m expecting honestly, then defense just has to be good enough for us to win. We don’t even have to be top 10 but can’t be near the 20s. We have to make plays when it counts on defense because our offense should be the best unit on the field no matter who’s the opposition so we will always have a shot.

@@kevinwheesysouthward9295 - True..and handsomely, more than the average person will make in 5+ lifetimes. That said, these guys are all alphas and want to be paid the most at their position. The fact that they are willing to negotiate before someone like Chase or Jefferson sets the market is proof that they care more about winning. We literally heard Jefferson say that he cares about, "The Bag." You will never hear an Eagles player say those words. The bottomline is you can't have that attitude and win trophies. Some individual sacrifices must be made in a team sport.

They should care more about super bowls. No matter what nothing is a perfect heaven afterall even for kansas city. Remember theyre season was that great before the playoffs in fact mahomes had never experienced 5 losses or more in a season until 2023 but somehow they pulled it together and did it again. I understand a head coach is important in setting a tone keeping a lockeroom running well but players need to play professionally as well as act that way and need perform to theyre potential. They shouldnt just give up just because maybe they see something they dont agree on with theyre coaches. All that talk and rumors about sirianni being too cocky or immature is just bullshit. Football is about emotion passion energy and displaying your true self. Sirianni doesnt need to shy away from who he really is. Big deal if he maybe acts flashy sometimes. What coach doesnt except maybe andy reid or belichick. You are who you are. Never be afraid to hide yout true self. Theyres nothing wrong with sirianni talking sometimes at 34-17 overall if say hes earned the right to open his mouth when he wants to. Theres no reason the players should hate him. He inspires inspires and preaches with passion and energy the way a coach is suppose to. Keep being you Nick and keep on pushing. Youve been an acceptional head coach so far and better than alot of others have been even in theyre last 3 years as head coach of theyre current team. Hell In 2021 you were the only rookie head coach that season to lead his team to the playoffs

Make it make sense, the d-line was bad last year so they drafted 2 corners. the secondary was toast last year and the D-Line had no time to get to the QB

Remember what happened after we went into that Bucs game after a 9-8 season and got clapped by the goat a few years ago? We got a huge offensive acquisition (AJ Brown) and CJGJ and went on a tear. Getting some de ja vu here. The offense was fine last year, and that's with a dysfunctional OC and a not healthy Jalen Hurts. If the defense can get it's shit together, watch out.

I heard all kinds of optimism from the guy last year. I was extremely skeptical…. And I was right. He stunk up the field. At least the new guys has some pedigree, but he still needs to prove it to me. I will say this though…. If it’s another bad/so so year I’m blaming Hurts just as much. He doesn’t get a pass from me. He’s trending Wentz. Facts.

I mean you tell me what team in NFL history lost both their coordinators and then went 10-1 the following year aside from the Eagles. You can say what you want, but if you don't think losing a coordinator plays a huge factor in how a team operates you are crazy. Look at the Chiefs, yes I know they won the SB but their offense was not good and only lost Juju in the offseason but lost Bienemy. Mahomes had his worst season as a starter after losing his coordinator, but had the defense to back him up. Hurts didn't have that at all
