Throw in any Barry Sanders moment. That guy was such a class act. Never taunted. Never celebrated a touchdown (there were many). Took himself out of the game when he was about to beat Christian Okoye for the rushing record in his rookie season,...just 10 yards shy,...to finish second. He was often seen on the sidelines encouraging players or handing out water. Always seemed to hand the ref the ball after a play was over. He was just a guy who loved the game and his good sportsmanship made it evident.

One thing you you never did to Favre was taunt him. During a Thanksgiving day game, he was stinking up the dome, down by 17, threw about 2-3 picks, fumbled once, and was sacked a few times. On his last sack, the Lions were dancing around him, just taunting away. Third and over 15. Favre just got up, went into the huddle, came out, and lit the defense up with a 63+yd TD bomb. And went on a tear, scoring 3 more TDs out of the next 4 drives. Moral of the story: if Brett's having a bad day, just let him be.

Yes, I thought the same thing. A very honorable guy.
These compilations oddly enough are my favorite ones. There's something I love about the players supporting each other or checking up on each other after a play. I think some players forget that they're your opponents, not your enemies. Some may even be your teammate in the pro bowl or even the next year depending how trading goes. You can congratulate them on making a good play or go over and make sure they're alright after a big hit.

Competition is all about respect... Respect for winning. Respect for losing. All of it! We fought. We bleed. We love-
That’s one of the most Brett Favre moves I’ve ever seen Favre make. He’s what, 40 at that point? Doesn’t matter, he’s gonna bull rush a HOF level linebacker with no hesitation.
Love seeing the RESPECT for their opponents. After all it's just a game.
seeing people on different teams being nice to each other warms my heart.

4:29 Reminded me of a cool story my mom told me about Calais Campbell. My mom used to be the volleyball coach at Miami when Calais was there and Calais would always say hi to her when he passed her in the halls. I know it doesn’t seem like much but my mom told me that he always carried himself with respect. That pat on Blount’s shoulder is an example of that. A little showing of respect.

Biggest hustle I ever saw by a QB .....Bret Favre is a LEGEND!!
Hopkins and Ramsey know each other well even when they played against each other in AFC south. One of my fav match ups to watch💯🙌🏼

1:00 I'm not surprised that he made the tackle, I watched him in college and he made some great tackles (and even forced a fumble). He was also a high school linebacker
@ 2:47 Boldin had next level toughness. Pretty sure it was the season he went to the SB with the Cards he got hit on a TD pass that gave him multiple facial fractures. Had to have his jaw wired shut and a couple surgeries. Only missed like 2 or 3 games. Man was unstoppable.

The reason I love seeing sportsmanship at this level is because these guys are the best of the best, and have the right to be cocky as shit. But to see them do these kind of things makes them look like genuinely good and humble guys.
When I played basketball when I was young and when my sons played as well, we played hard every second and gave our opponents nothing. We went at it intently!!! BUT, we always kept in mind that this was a game. Sportsmanship, respect, honor, integrity, etc. were more important than ANY game could ever be. How we carry ourselves while playing will carry over into how we are as people; good AND bad. Thanks so much for showing these moments. Would love to see more.
The fact that i havent seen like any of these clips proves that ding will forever be the goat
