Sometimes these roughing the passer calls are baloney. I get you want/need to protect qb's but sometimes the defender has momentum and runs into the qb almost instantly as the pass is thrown

“Dirty” in today’s soft league just means a tough physical player, so that is really a compliment

A lot of these are just normal tackles that they are calling big hits. I don’t understand

So many soft flags thrown out in week 1 might as well just change nfl to flag football

NFL getting far too soft...

Just getting sick of how soft this sport is becoming. Example I signed up for the military, been in a truck during an IED explosion got my head rattled. No flags were thrown then... so how about we take these wanna be gangsters and fake tough guys and let them play? They wanna act tough then prove it. Cuz military people don't get paid millions of dollars and they do just as much if not more. Put their bodies through more hell and are still required to do their jobs everyday. You get a paper cut and your out for two weeks while still getting paid millions. Don't even get me started on all the woke shit your doing. I used to like football, every Sunday watch as many games as I can. But I can't support a league that allows criminals to play, pay them millions while there's men and women who are homeless that did more with their lives they these kids ever plan on doing are homeless. To round out my point you sign up for what you do. They signed up to get tackled, they might get hit in the head once in awhile, toughen up. Deal with it. And get back up and play the same game I played as a kid in the backyard. So sick of the oh this is a penalty that's a penalty.

Just make football flag football. Seems like a simple tackle with any force is a penalty.

What's it going to take for the helmet to helmet BS to stop? A lot of those defenders have the opportunity to do a proper wrap tackle. Also, when you see your teammate clearly has a man down, back off. Hitting a quarterback well after your teammate has him going down is just looking to get someone seriously injured and uncalled for.

The NFL doesn’t know what the fuck a hit is they change the rule yet in most these plays they are tackling the way the rule says they can’t why do we watch this? Is it really even good anymore? I’m just as guilty of it I just don’t know why.
