Last Colts/Broncos game for a long time. They had played frequently between 1976-1993, then didn't play again for a while.

They even played each other twice in 1983. Which is odd for teams not in the same division.

31:50 This was Roosevelt Potts rookie yr and he was one of the biggest stories of the first month of football. Okoye had kind of run his course and Potts was a natural media choice to put into that "New Okoye" slot & he had a few promising games in opening month. Colts were 2-1 at this point (would finish 4-12) They had just upset the 3-0 Browns the week before and Potts had been a star of the game. I remember as a very young teen watching this and the pregame show had a long spotlight feature on Potts. Then this happened. He still had a fine NFL run but it was never in that same star vehicle mode again.
